Timeform View

SHANALA shaped well when third in a 21-runner event at Navan a fortnight ago, having to weave her way through in the straight before staying on well, and remains open to improvement. Noble Honour, placed 3 times previously, rates the chief threat back in maiden company, while Emily Estherfaye is worth a market check with handicaps an option after this.

Timeform Comments

Coilins Girl (IRE)
Never a threat in pair of maidens at Dundalk and looks one for low-level handicaps later on. Makes turf debut.
Emily Estherfaye (IRE)
Showed more than on debut when 3¼ lengths fifth of 11 to Garden Party in maiden at Cork last month, meeting trouble and finishing with running left. Easy to see her being involved if building on that but may already have one eye on handicaps.
Essential Comedy (IRE)
Back on track when third of 6 in maiden at Tramore on her qualifying run last month but made no impact sent handicapping 12 days later.
Estrallita (IRE)
€100,000 Lope de Vega filly who stepped up on debut when 4¼ lengths sixth of 21 to Mawhibah in maiden at Navan a fortnight ago but is probably one for handicaps after another run.
Griselinia (IRE)
Third foal: dam, runner-up at 10.5f, half-sister to useful 7f winner (stays 10.5f) Akecheta out of unraced close relative of top-class winner up to 1m Mark of Esteem. Yard not known for winning debutants.
Noble Honour (IRE)
Placed first 3 starts in maidens, producing just about best effort yet when second of 13 at Fairyhouse on third occasion. Failed to build on those efforts on handicap debut last time, though, and needs to bounce back now reverting to maiden company.
Shanala (IRE)
Continued a theme of run-to-run progression when length third of 21 to Mawhibah in maiden at Navan last time. Open to further improvement and uphill finish should play to her strengths.
Susie's Angel (IRE)
Offered something to work on in 7f Galway maiden in July but looks one for the longer term.
