ANY CHANCE wasn't seen to best effect when eighth in a big-field Limerick handicap last time and can get off the mark back in maiden company. Mr Devlin is feared most in his bid to get off the mark at the eighth attempt ahead of Market Square who can take a step forward from his hurdling debut seventh at Killarney.

Timeform Comments

Any Chance (IRE)
Lightly-raced maiden. 16/1, fared easily best of those who raced towards the inside of track when eighth of 18 in handicap hurdle at Limerick (23f, good) in July. The clear form choice back in maiden company.
Grabat (FR)
Lightly-raced maiden hurdler. Unseated rider 1st in novice hurdle at Kilbeggan (2m, good to soft, 125/1) 15 days ago.
Joly Saphir (FR)
Twice-raced maiden, only twelfth of 14 in novice hurdle at Kilbeggan (2m, good) 16 days ago.
Market Square (IRE)
50/1, considerately handled when seventh of 16 in novice hurdle at Killarney (2m, good to soft) on hurdles bow 28 days ago. Tongue strap goes on for first time. Capable of better.
Mr Devlin (IRE)
Remains a maiden after 7 hurdle runs. Cheekpieces on for first time when a respectable fifth of 9 in novice hurdle at Kilbeggan (2½m, good to soft) 15 days ago. Visor is tried now and not out of things.
Returning Officer (FR)
€100,000 purchase who has failed to progress in bumpers and was well held switched to hurdling at Sligo (17f, good) last time.
Vargas (IRE)
Easy to back but showed more than in recent bumper with sixth of 15 in novice hurdle at Ballinrobe (2¼m, good, 50/1) on hurdles bow 26 days ago. May do better still.
Mirfaq (FR)
Being brought along steadily, sixth of 17 in novice hurdle at Clonmel (17f, good, 80/1) in June. Can take a step forward after a break.
Banphrionsa Alainn (IRE)
Lightly-raced maiden. Pulled up in handicap hurdle at Downpatrick (2¼m, good, 25/1) 19 days ago. Cheekpieces go on for first time now.
Bayswater Bloom (IRE)
Modest form in bumpers before a never-dangerous seventh of 11 in novice hurdle at Kilbeggan (2m, good) on hurdles bow 16 days ago.
Duel Concept (IRE)
Last of 13 in novice hurdle at Ballinrobe (17f) on hurdles bow before well held back in Galway bumper last August. Lots to prove after 12 months off.
Hometomayo (IRE)
Lightly-raced maiden. First run since leaving Charles Reilly when a well-held seventh of 20 in novice hurdle at Galway (17f, good to soft, 125/1) 12 days ago.
Leonards Choice (IRE)
Yet to offer much in 3 hurdling runs, twenty first of 25 in novice hurdle at Naas (2m, soft, 300/1) 8 months ago.
Red Acres Georgie (IRE)
A 6-figure purchase after running out an easy winner of second start in points. Showed little in 2 bumpers but still close up when fell 5 out in novice hurdle at Bellewstown (2½m, good) on hurdles bow in July.
Super Freak (IRE)
Has twice failed to build on debut bumper sixth at Galway, only ninth of 12 at Tramore (17f, good) 34 days ago. Makes hurdles debut with cheekpieces on for first time.
Oops A Daisy (IRE)
Well beaten in 2 bumpers and 2 maiden hurdles thus far. Very hard to warm to.
It's Buster's Way (IRE)
Well held in a pair of bumpers, fourteenth of 17 at Cork (2¼m, good to soft) 47 days ago. Makes hurdles debut. RESERVE
Rumble Demosa (IRE)
Never dangerous in a trio of maiden hurdles, eleventh of 19 at Galway (17f, good to soft, 200/1) last month. RESERVE
Bethpage Theatre (IRE)
Well held on completed starts in maiden hurdles and makes limited appeal. RESERVE
