Timeform View

The market should prove highly revealing but Charlie Appleby has an excellent recent record in this and his Dubawi filly FLOWER SHOW is taken to build on a promising debut third at Sandown and come out on top. Both Zhuri and Gainful are in excellent hands and make plenty of appeal on paper so need considering, especially if the betting speaks in their favour.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Flower Show traded at a low of 2.62 and Betfair SP of 2.85 when losing last time, a race in which it raced towards the rear.

Timeform Comments

Catonahottinroof (IRE)
Foaled April 21. 65,000 gns yearling, Ghaiyyath filly. Dam once-raced half-sister to high-class winner up to 1½m Behkabad out of smart 1½m-15f winner Behkara. Wears hood. Noteworthy newcomer from top yard.
Flower Show (IRE)
Sent off 6/4 and made a promising start under considerate handling when third of 8 in maiden at Sandown (7f, soft) 3 weeks ago. This Dubawi filly makes plenty of appeal for a yard which has taken 2 of the past 3 runnings of the event.
Gainful
Foaled April 26. Nathaniel filly. Dam unraced half-sister to smart 1½m-16.2f winner Here And Now out of very smart winner up to 1½m (including Oaks) Look Here. Very much one to consider on her first run.
Give Me A Bow
Stradivarius filly. Little show in a pair of 7f novices here last month.
Lily Pink
Went backwards from a promising debut second over C&D when fifth of 13 in novice at Goodwood (1m, good to soft) 3 weeks ago. This Cracksman filly is worth another chance.
Miss You Nights
Bated Breath filly took a step forward from debut with fourth of 9 in 7f maiden at Wolverhampton in July. Considerable further progress is needed here after a break.
Zhuri
Foaled February 24. Dubawi filly. Sister to smart winner up to 10.2f Legacy Link. One of 2 for yard and an interesting debutante.
