SILENT BEAUTY banished the memory of her Albany flop with an impressive listed success at Ripon 19 days ago and can make her mark at Group level now. Dark Issue was only narrowly denied in Group 3 company at Salisbury last time and can be competitive, while Ruby Moon could run a big race if coping with the ground.

Timeform Comments

Angel In My Heart (IRE)
Off the mark at Pontefract in July and was a good second of 11 in a nursery at Doncaster 9 days ago, finishing fast. Plenty more required stepping into Group 3 company now, though.
Angels Passing (IRE)
Off the mark in a weak 3-runner maiden in June but struggled when tenth of 17 in a Group 2 at York 30 days ago. Likely to prove out of her depth once more.
Dark Issue (IRE)
Confirmed her fourth in the Albany at Royal Ascot when second of 11 in a Group 3 at Salisbury on good to soft going 16 days ago, travelling well and only just edged out. Major player in this company.
Etonnante (IRE)
Won 4-runner novice at Haydock 15 days ago following a breathing operation but had found pattern company beyond her back in July so may prove vulnerable again.
Nour (IRE)
Progressive filly who came third at York in July before winning an all-weather nursery at Southwell 23 days ago, hanging right. Open to further improvement but this is a big step up in grade. Engaged 2.30 here Friday.
Ruby Moon (IRE)
Won at Carlisle and then improved to finish fourth behind 3 subsequent winners in a Group 2 at Newmarket in July. Underperformed at York on soft going last time so would appreciate any drying of the ground but she's a player if coping with conditions given same connections won this race last year.
Silent Beauty (IRE)
€1,000,000 yearling who impressed when winning on debut at Yarmouth in May but flopped in the Albany at Royal Ascot in June. Bounced back to win a listed race by 3 lengths at Ripon 19 days ago, once more looking a smart prospect, and she looks the most exciting runner on show.
Silesia
Twice placed in maidens but still seeking first win from 5 starts. Produced best effort when fifth of 11 in a listed race at York 28 days ago faced with softer ground but this step up to Group 3 level demands an awful lot more.
Starburster (IRE)
Fourth on debut at Windsor in June before narrowly winning a maiden at Newbury 24 days ago. The form of her win has been strengthened by the second winning since but faces a big step up to Group 3 company here.
