War Rooms (IRE)
Capitalised on a much-reduced mark at Ballinrobe in July. Has remained in good form on both subsequent starts, shaping as if finding it barely enough of a test when eighth of 21 at Leopardstown (13f, good to firm) 9 days ago.
Narlita (GER)
Fairly useful mare who ran up to best when 6 lengths fifth of 16 to Beset in listed race at Galway last time but now reverts to handicap company from career-high mark.
Obscenity (IRE)
Dual winner this year, including when landing 16-runner handicap at Gowran in June by 1¾ lengths from Beauparc. Bounced back from poor effort when 5¼ lengths fourth of 8 to Fixation back at that course last time but more needed if he's to get back to winning ways here.

Has run 27 times since last win in 2024 but has found only one too good on 3 occasions this year, chasing home Touch The Moon at Dundalk in August on third occasion. Ran only respectably back on turf last time, though, and others make more appeal.

Has produced some creditable efforts in defeat in some good staying races this season, better placed than most when 4 lengths fourth of 10 to Pole Star at Chester last time. Losing run is building but remains on a good mark and more than capable of being in the mix if on a going day.
Alphecca (IRE)
Ended last season on the up, recording back-to-back wins in a Killarney maiden and valuable series final at Naas. Struggled on handicap debut/Group 3 races in the spring but yard is going much better now and, though improvement clearly needed, dam's side of pedigree gives hope she'll stay this trip.
Daboya (IRE)
Won at Ballinrobe in June and better than ever when following up in 6-runner handicap at Tramore (1½m, good) 15 days later, beating Marmeladova by 2¾ lengths. Bounced back from below-par effort when second to Rakki at Tramore last time and can feature if taking another step forward.
Rock Of Ireland (IRE)
Off the mark at the Curragh in March on first outing for current trainer best effort since when good fourth of 15 in a handicap at Cork in May. Didn't stay extended 2m trip at Galway last time and must be respected now back at a more suitable trip.
Sharkeyboy (FR)
Ran well in first-time cheekpieces when denied only late on in a 15-runner event on handicap debut at Galway (12.4f, good to soft) in July. Found things a bit too competitive in Melrose Handicap at York last time and he's expected to get back on the up now back on home soil.
Superficial (FR)
Posted a career-best effort when getting off the mark in decisive style at Roscommon in May. Below form both outings in this sphere since, though, and may need to come back down the weights before becoming of interest.
Day Trader (FR)
Winner on the Flat in France. Good efforts when runner-up last 2 starts, turning in best effort since joining current yard when beaten a ½ length by Timurshah in 16-runner handicap at Navan on latest. Up 6 lb but should remain competitive.
Handani (IRE)
From an excellent family and confirmed previous promise in maiden when getting off the mark at the fourth attempt in 21-runner 1¼m event at Navan 16 days ago. Makes handicap debut off potentially lenient mark and step up in trip should suit so lots to recommend.
Royal Saxo (FR)
Fairly useful form in France, winning a pair of claimers last year and offered more encouragement than previously for current yard on last 2 starts, 4¼ lengths seventh of 16 to Sir Jeremy at Galway on latest. Wears first-time tongue strap.
Sir Jeremy (IRE)
Responded well to headgear when recording a second win for this yard at Galway in August, doing well to get up having been ridden patiently upped in trip. Ran creditably when 1¾ lengths fifth of 10 to Gaoth Chuil at Killarney last time and good-value 7 lb claimer booked.
Ephesus (IRE)
Flat/hurdles winner who made a low-key start over fences in June and has made little impact in this sphere on his last 3 starts. RESERVE.
Eben Zaabeel
Shaped much better than result when 1¼ lengths third of 8 to Satono Chevalier at Limerick in June. Catching eye of stewards and banned from running for 60 days. Returned to win maiden hurdle at Downpatrick last week and one to take seriously if getting a run back on the Flat. RESERVE.
