SIERRASCOPE showed plenty when fourth of 19 in a valuable sales bumper at the Punchestown Festival in the spring and is taken to confirm that promise by opening his Rules account at the second time of asking. Berkstar has an ordinary pedigree but must be feared having joined Willie Mullins after finishing runner-up on his sole outing in points earlier in the year. Veales Cross would also enter calculations if the subject of market support.

Showed ability amidst signs of inexperience when third of 8 in 17f bumper at Killarney (good to soft) on debut in July but is probably one for longer trips in due course.

Calyx gelding. Brother to 7f/1m winner Purple Lily. Dam, French 8.5f winner, half-sister to bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler (2m-2½m winner) Teenage Idol. Yard 0-28 in bumpers and looks best watched unlesss the market suggests otherwise.

Mastercraftsman gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners on Flat, including 1½m winner abroad Sea Commander. Dam 1¾m-2m winner. Yard has a fair amount of success in this sphere, so this newcomer would enter the reckoning if supported in the betting.
Real Lark (IRE)
Has a decent pedigree but was soon detached on her recent Ballinrobe debut and stayed there. Tongue strap quickly applied.
