Well-bred newcomer CODE OF HONOUR ticks plenty of boxes on paper and can make a winning start for top connections. The twice-raced Netherstream has shown plenty of promise and appeals as next best, with another debutant in Hamrin also worth a look in the betting.

Cost plenty as a yearling but hasn't cut much ice in 2 outings and probably needs more time and distance. Tongue strap goes on.

Shown a bit on both outings to date, improving on debut effort when fifth of 10 in maiden at Sandown (7f, good to soft) 27 days ago. Entitled to be in the mix.
Sydney Carton
Improved on the back of a gelding operation when 1½ lengths third of 9 to Wykehurst Park in maiden at Yarmouth (9f, good) last week, despite not looking entirely straightforward. Looks vulnerable for win purposes in this company.
