MILITARY ORDER has been off since running at Bahrain last year but is strictly the one to beat on form. Geryon has had a reliable year on the whole and looks the biggest danger to the selection, while Charles Fort can fill out the places.

Kilcrea Rock (IRE)
Largely consistent sort who finally got off the mark in C&D maiden in May. Made it 2-2 here when landing 1½m apprentice handicap having been fitted with a visor last week. Yard going very well but faces uphill task at the weights.
Military Order (IRE)
Very smart gelding who has an excellent strike rate on the all-weather. Has proved at least as effective on turf, making the places in Group company on last 3 starts in 2025. Off 10 months but that's rarely an issue with this yard, who are in tremendous form. Sets the standard.
Geryon (IRE)
Gained a deserved first success at pattern level in the Meld Stakes at Leopardstown (9f) in July before a very good second in Gordon Stakes at Glorious Goodwood 2 weeks later. Better than result in Strensall Stakes at York last month, making effort earlier than ideal. Type to bounce back.
Alla Stella
Useful filly who finished runner-up in 2 listed races in France in July and August. 13/2, 5½ lengths fourth of 7 to On Message in similar event at Salisbury (1¼m, good) last month. Stable are having a good spell and she has place claims.
Nuit (IRE)
Useful filly who has been highly tried, hitting the frame in listed/Group 3 company this summer before coming good dropped to maiden company at Ballinrobe (13f, good) in July. Failed to get competitive on soft ground at Galway last time. Has work to do.
Spicy Margarita (IRE)
Sole win came in a 7f maiden here early last year. Best effort this season when beaten 1¾ lengths fourth in 6-runner listed race at the Curragh (1m) in June. Hasn't built on that and looks out of her depth.
Charles Fort
Useful 6f winner as a juvenile and improved to make the places on both starts this year, second in Royal Whip at the Curragh in August and third in Solonaway Stakes at Leopardstown earlier this month. Goes over the longest trip he's faced on all-weather debut and holds place claims.
