Doubled his tally over hurdles when keeping on well to score at Tramore (2m) in May. Has had a spell back on the Flat since, shaping well when third at Navan (2m) early this month and not discredited when fifth of 15 here (1¾m) 5 days ago. Up in trip in this sphere.
Opposite Ends (IRE)
Opened account in handicap at Limerick (19f, heavy) in April, form working out well. Shaped as if still in good heart sent chasing when fourth of 12 in handicap at Tramore (2¾m) 4 days later. Possibly best in testing conditions but he's one to note back hurdling.
Lecale's Diamond (IRE)
Off the mark in handicap hurdle at Wexford (3m) in May. Disappointing in 2 starts over fences since, in blinkers when well held at Kilbeggan (3¼m) 5 weeks ago, so bounce back called for as he returns to hurdling.
Torque De Lune (IRE)
Showed ability when making the frame both completed starts in maiden hurdles. However, she's finished well held sent handicapping the last twice, reported to have lost her action at Wexford on latest outing.
Ladiam (IRE)
Gained a second success at Sligo when landing 21f handicap there last summer. Without a win since but has made the frame 3 times this season, beaten only by an improver in 19-runner event at Galway on latest occasion.
Tropical Image (IRE)
Landed mares handicap hurdle over C&D at this meeting last year. Sent chasing this season, ran well when second in 19f maiden here in June and soon left behind a lesser effort when third in handicap at Killarney (23f) 5 weeks ago. Interesting back over hurdles here.
Oogum Boogum (IRE)
Gained a deserved breakthrough win in 3m handicap hurdle at Punchestown in May. Placed next 2 outings and ran well when third back over fences at Killarney in July, though has been below form last 3 starts. Could fare better returned to hurdling.
Scathach (IRE)
Finished closer than previously when third in mares maiden at Sligo (2¼m) in June. Hasn't kicked on in 2 handicaps since, though, tailed off at Cork last month.
Rubi Tuesday (IRE)
Only modest form over hurdles so far, going backwards from a recent run when tailed off in maiden at Wexford (2½m) in May. Absent 4 months since.
Roll It Roisin (IRE)
Making her third start in maiden hurdles, showed a bit more than previously when fifth of 11 at Kilbeggan (19f) 23 days ago. Remains capable of better as she goes up in trip for handicap debut.
Annie Button (IRE)
Resumed progress in first-time cheekpieces when winning 3m handicap at Cork in May. Failed to give her running at Wexford later that month, reported to have a superficial leg wound, so no surprise to see her bounce back (headgear left off).
Laligurash (IRE)
Making just second handicap start, was much improved when finishing well for second in 15-runner contest at Killarney (2½m) 5 weeks ago, the winner franking the form since. Major player with this longer trip promising to suit.
Silin Alainn (IRE)
No better than mid-division in maidens/handicap for Norman Lee and, after 22 months off, looked rusty when down the field in handicap at Killarney (2½m) 5 weeks ago. This run should reveal more with tongue strap fitted. Engaged 4.00 Listowel Friday.
Doesthatmakesense (IRE)
Has offered little in a bumper and a trio of maiden hurdles, upped to this trip when tenth of 12 at Ballinrobe last month. Blinkers reached for as she goes handicapping.
Keep The Head (IRE)
Not much encouragement in bumpers/maiden hurdles for Patrick T. Foley and hasn't fared any better in 2 handicaps for current yard, stopping quickly at Tramore (2½m) 6 weeks ago.
Windy Grey (IRE)
Little impact in 4 maiden hurdles (trained by A. M. O'Grady first 2 outings), thirteenth of 16 at Killarney (2m) 5 weeks ago. Bred to be suited by this longer distance, but has plenty to find making handicap bow with cheekpieces added.
Lake Okeechobee (IRE)
After 10 weeks off, produced her best performance when sixth of 15 in handicap at Killarney (2½m) 5 weeks ago. Task is now to build on latest effort up in distance.
Drumadeise (IRE)
Has finished well beaten all of her completed starts, fourteenth of 15 in handicap at Killarney (2½m) on latest outing. Cheekpieces on for first time.
Tudorista (IRE)
Previously trained by Gavin Cromwell and offered some encouragement on seasonal/stable debut when making the frame in mares handicap at Cork in July. Ran poorly next 2 outings, but shaped as if back in form when fifth of 14 in handicap at Kilbeggan (19f) 23 days ago. RESERVE.
Katie's Casper (IRE)
Took a step forward upped to 3m when runner-up at Kilbeggan in June. That remains her best effort, though she hinted at a revival when ninth of 19 at Galway (2¾m) earlier this month. RESERVE.
Barryroe Madam (FR)
Sole win came in handicap at this course (23f) in May last year when trained by Brian McMahon. Best effort for current yard when making the frame at Wexford in July and bounced back from a below-par run when fifth of 19 at Galway 19 days ago. RESERVE.
