Our Boy Bailey (IRE)
Showed plenty to work on first time up when second in maiden at Roscommon (7.5f) in May. Unsuited by the drop back to 6f in the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot next start but has disappointed both starts since. Needs a return to that debut form.
Moon Sand (FR)
Went off big prices in 3 maidens and duly shaped as if being brought along with handicaps in mind. Remains open to improvement and is worth noting should the market speak in his favour now switched to nurseries.
Romance (GER)
Improved effort with a tongue tie added when winning 10-runner event on nursery debut at Down Royal at the beginning of this month. Backed up that effort when runner-up at Listowel 5 days ago. Can go well again.
Margot Mae (IRE)
Close third at Leopardstown second time up, splitting a now-useful Ballydoyle pair, but hasn't come close to reproducing that since. Hard to make a case for at present.
Gabby Hayes (IRE)
Thrice-raced maiden who's been brought along steadily. Interesting with Keane in the saddle and betting probably best guide now handicapping.
Closefield Beau (IRE)
No better than mid-division in 3 maidens, catching the eye at Gowran last month with a view to taking this step into nurseries. One to note in the market.
Matavai Bay (IRE)
Finished in mid-field on last 2 of 3 starts in maidens, not given a hard time of things. May do better now handicapping.
Exchange Student (IRE)
Free-going filly who was much improved to open her account in 6-runner nursery over C&D (good to soft, 9/1) last time by ½-length from Luca Brillante from 6 lb out of the weights. Needs more to follow up.
Scarlet Dream (IRE)
Ran to a modest level in maidens whilst catching the eye with a view to handicapping, though failed to improve switched to nurseries at Fairyhouse last week, merely closing up late. Will appreciate the return to this longer trip but needs more to feature.
Two Brigade (IRE)
With the headgear discarded, 10/1, much improved second of 13 in nursery at Naas (1m, good to soft) 10 days ago, nearest finish. Big danger if repeating that but it's a concern that the cheekpieces are quickly refitted.
Supreme Act (IRE)
Gelded and showed a bit more than previously when eighth of 13 on nursery debut at Naas (1m, good to soft) 10 days ago. However, he looks to be on a stiff mark and headgear is now added.
Somethingaboutlove (IRE)
Has looked limited in 3 starts to date and is hard to make a case for from 8 lb out of the weights on handicap bow.
