BY THE LAKE is taken to build on her promising handicap/stable debut last month and strike under Colin Keane. Flash of Fire made a positive start for the Johnny Murtagh stable when fourth at Punchestown a fortnight ago and is taken to build on that and provide the chief threat ahead of Staysound Susie, who won this in 2024 and would be very much at home should the ground go soft/heavy.

Dual winner for Ger Lyons as a juvenile. Made a positive reappearance for new yard when narrowly denied at Navan (6f, good) 33 days ago. Considered under Keane.
Flash Of Fire
Won at Doncaster on debut. 11/1, first run since leaving James Ferguson when good fourth of 14 in handicap at Punchestown (1m, good) 14 days ago. Cheekpieces on first time. Respected.
Motta Alta (IRE)
Successful on second of 2 starts in maidens for Jarlath P. Fahey and even better form when third in handicaps over 7f/1m for new yard. Drops back 2f in trip now.
Baiana (GER)
Sligo maiden winner on reappearance in May. Below-form fifth on 6f Fairyhouse handicap debut later that month. Given a break since. Retains potential for top stable.
Forza Magico
Promise on first 2 starts before making it third time lucky in maiden at Down Royal (5f, good, evens) 25 days ago, always holding on. Makes handicap debut from a mark which demands improvement.
My Cubby Bear (IRE)
Mayson filly who was much improved from her debut when second of 11 in 6f maiden at Dundalk last year. Has a lengthy break to overcome on handicap debut.

Showed plenty of promise when runner-up on debut at the Curragh last summer but hasn't built on that in 4 subsequent runs.

Fourteen runs since last win in 2025. Reacted well to cheekpieces when second of 27 at the Curragh last month but the headgear hasn't worked as well since.
