€23,000 yearling, Raven's Pass gelding. Always behind on belated debut at Cork earlier this month and makes little appeal. Hood's left off and the tongue strap goes on.
A Good Yarn (IRE)
Calyx gelding. 33/1, caught the eye when sixth of 24 in maiden over C&D (heavy) on debut in April, faring best of those held up. Absent since but looks sure to improve on that.
Port Arthur (IRE)
Third over a similar trip at Naas in minor event on return last month but has gone backwards since. Blinkers go on and holds place claims if the return to 6f sparks a revival.
Spider Star (IRE)
Starman gelding. Fourteenth of 16 in maiden at Cork (6f, good to soft, 80/1) on debut 28 days ago.
Valentino Eclipse (IRE)
Neck second at Leopardstown on debut in May and took step forward when 2¼ lengths fourth of 13 behind the progressive Loughrea in maiden here (1m, good to firm) when last seen the following month. Sets the bar pretty high on form and should be suited by the drop to sprinting.
Petticoat Pilot (IRE)
66/1, very green when last of 15 in maiden at Cork (6f, good to firm) on debut in July 2024. Hooded and can only be watched on first start since.
Caislean Ni Cuan (IRE)
Lightly-raced filly who's run to a modest level on each start. Needs significant improvement to feature back in a maiden.
Gaineamh Min (IRE)
Twice-raced filly. Showed more than on debut when seventh of 12 in maiden (66/1) at Down Royal (5f, good) 23 days ago. Needs this run for a mark.
Lilli's Angel (IRE)
Steadily progressive form in 3 maidens, making the frame at Cork last time. Place claims at best.
Otsana (IRE)
Showed ability when fifth on debut at the Curragh and matched that level when third in maiden at Down Royal (5f, good) 23 days ago. Tongue strap goes on. Her form is working out well and she's entitled to be in the mix.
Saga Lucia (IRE)
Showed fair ability in maidens prior to shaping as though amiss on handicap bow at Killarney (1m) last month. Has her work cut out, even if back on song.
The Hidden Garden (IRE)
Australia filly. Sister to 2-y-o 7f winner Expensive Rose and closely related to 8.6f-12.4f winner Flying Scotsman and useful 1½m-17f winner Comfort Zone. Bred more for stamina than speed, may need more time and distance.
Tourin (IRE)
Made a promising start when third in maiden at Limerick in June, finishing well under hand riding. Was disappointing at Gowran earlier this month and may be one for handicaps.
Tribal Belle (IRE)
25/1, tenth of 14 in maiden at Gowran (7f, good to soft) on debut 26 days ago. Probably one for later on.
