Timeform View

A hotly-contested listed bumper which looks sure to make for good form. ELEGANTEMENTE's debut win received a timely boost when the runner-up made all at Listowel last week, so she's put forward as the answer for all that she's presumably passed over by John Gleeson for stablemate Lola O C, who also impressed first time up at Roscommon. Long'way is the clear pick of the Willie Mullins trio, while Sarahs Lawn and Thelittleballerina are others to take seriously.

Timeform Comments

Bonnie Loch (IRE)
Has progressed with each run, finishing third of 13 in a first-time hood at Listowel (2m) 12 days ago. Has considerably more on her plate here, however.
Long'way (FR)
Galiway mare who looked another above-average prospect for excellent stable when scoring with plenty in hand on her Tramore debut (2m) in August. Sure to progress and win more races.
Missouri Snow (IRE)
Followed up her debut point win 4 months earlier in battling fashion in a 19f Sligo bumper in August, staying on well. That form is only ordinary though, and the drop in trip isn't sure to suit, either.
Thelittleballerina (IRE)
Built on a promising debut when running out a convincing winner of a 2½m Clonmel bumper in April and was every bit as impressive in defying a penalty under a cool ride at Listowel (2½m). That form makes her a leading contender providing she copes with the drop in trip.
Village Dream (IRE)
Mastercraftsman mare who proved her debut hadn't done her justice when justifying support in 12-runner bumper at Tramore (2m) 47 days ago. Was perhaps at an advantage in racing wide there but it's dangerous to assume she's shown her all.
Alicious (FR)
€25,000 3-y-o, Pastorius filly who knew her job and made a successful debut with a bit more in hand than the bare margin implies in 7-runner bumper at Wexford (2m) in August, but will need to step up on that form to play a leading role in this appreciably better race.
Elegantemente (FR)
No Risk At All filly who looked a useful prospect when decisive winner of 11-runner bumper at Ballinrobe (2m) on debut 39 days ago. Runner-up has since franked that form, and she appeals as the sort to go on to better things.
False Dawn (IRE)
Confirmed her debut effort (when ridden enterprisingly) was no fluke when third of 11 in bumper at Wexford (17f, good to firm) in early July, albeit well positioned. Needs a lot more at this level, though.
Hutton Star (IRE)
Sottsass filly. Dam (h144) 2m/17f hurdle winner, also 11f-2½m winner on Flat. Attracted support and overcame signs of inexperience to make a winning debut in 11-runner bumper at Down Royal (17f) in late August. That form has taken a couple of knocks since but she's well worth a shot at his level.
Lake Pippaway (IRE)
Getaway filly who is probably better than her 2 sound defeats in bumpers might imply but is easily passed over at this level all the same.
Lola O C (IRE)
Walk In The Park filly who justified support when making a winning debut in quite taking fashion in 13-runner bumper at Roscommon (15f, good to soft) in early August. Presumably the choice of John Gleeson and there's better to come.
Sarahs Lawn (IRE)
Yeats filly. Dam unraced. Off mark in points at second attempt in late April and created an even better impression when landing 18-runner bumper at Galway (17f) on Rules debut in July, knuckling down well to lead close home. Open to improvement up in grade.
Weaponized (IRE)
Walk In The Park filly who has made an encouraging start to her career, going like the best horse at the weights upped in trip when runner-up at Wexford (2½m, good to soft, 7/4) in May, making effort earlier than ideal. This is tougher but she could have more to offer.
