Timeform View

KAMEEL has gained both his career wins here and is fancied to end a long losing sequence on the back of an unlucky-in-running second at Beverley last time out. Both Tiberio Force and Typeface arrive in good nick and can chase home Jessica Macey's 4-y-o in that order.

Timeform Comments

Sandret (IRE)
Rejuvenated for this yard in 2025 when successful over 1m at Redcar and Thirsk. Yet to fire in 5 starts this season though so others are much preferred.
He's Our Cracker (IRE)
Got off the mark at Chelmsford (1¼m) in March but hasn't been able to repeat that effort in 5 subsequent outings, very slowly away when a well-held fourth of 6 in handicap at Catterick (1½m, good to firm) in July. Cheekpieces are retried here.
Hill O Rue
A dual winner (at up to 1¼m) last summer but yet to fire this season, undergoing a breathing operation (also tongue tied) before below par on his last 3 runs.
Haltonwood (IRE)
Sottsass gelding who doesn't look an easy ride but has posted solid efforts to make the frame in handicaps at Doncaster and Wetherby in early summer. Back from a break here having had a breathing operation and no forlorn hope.
Bergamo Gold (IRE)
A dual all-weather winner (around 1¼m) at Lingfield and Wolverhampton in March. Not disgraced when fifth of 8 in handicap back at Lingfield (1¼m, all-weather) last time. Needs to back it up now.
Tiberio Force
Resumed winning ways in Ripon classified event (1¼m) in August and backed it up with a good third of 12 in handicap at Beverley (1¼m, good to firm) 10 days ago. Enters calculations.
Kameel
On a long losing run but looked unlucky when second of 10 in handicap at Beverley (1m, good) 16 days ago, conceding first run to the winner having been short of room over 1f out. This dual course winner can go very well nudged up just 1 lb.
Typeface
A dual 1m winner last summer. Yet to score this season but made the frame for the fifth consecutive start when third of 11 in handicap over C&D 13 days ago, though wandered under pressure and collared late on. Ought to be thereabouts once more.
Mystic Wave
Yet to offer much in a trio of runs, ninth of 10 in 6f novice here 30 days ago. Cheekpieces go on for handicap debut.
The Floors Munky
Seems of little account and easily passed over.
