Timeform View

It's feasible to think MAYO COUNTY will step forward from her recent Redcar third and, with cheekpieces refitted, she could well be ready to strike from a reduced mark. Recent C&D winner Get Up Everybody arrives in good heart and is feared, with Dance Fantasy and Coulsty Exchange others worthy of a second look.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Dance Fantasy traded at 25% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 5 starts: Men Of Honour has traded at 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Brazen Idol
Off nearly 2 years prior to return, proving he retains his ability when twice runner-up during first half of the year on all-weather/turf. However, recent exploits far less inspiring, folding tamely when last of 11 at Leicester (6f) 24 days ago. Has it to prove now.
Bellagio Man (IRE)
Not straightforward but refitted with blinkers when landing back-to-back C&D handicaps last October. Has looked rusty confined to just 2 starts so far in 2026, never a threat when fifth at Wolverhampton (6f) 37 days ago. This promises to reveal more having fallen back down to last winning mark.
Blazing Son
C&D winner who added to his tally over 7f here 12 months ago. Exploits rather mixed in defeat this season, turning in a rare poor all-weather effort when eighth of 9 in handicap over 7f here 4 weeks ago. Type to bounce back and lower in weights than he's been for a while.
Dance Fantasy (IRE)
Mehmas filly who didn't show a great deal on handicap debut at Kempton (7f) but probably needed the run after 6 months off (also tongue tied) when fifth of 9 in handicap at Lingfield (7f) 3 weeks ago. Good yard now reach for a visor on first crack at 6f and not one to write off.
Get Up Everybody (IRE)
Had been shaping really well prior to breaking his duck over C&D in August, weaving through to lead close home. Not as potent in the finish under pressure when fourth back here since but he's an interesting runner nevertheless from what still appeals as a workable mark.
Mayo County
C&D winner who cashed in off reduced mark at Redcar (7f) in May and made the frame on 2 of her 3 starts since, off 3 months prior to finishing third over same C&D 23 days ago. Refitting of cheekpieces may help (hung left under pressure latest) and she's worth a second look.
Pockley
Three-time C&D winner who landed a gamble with ease in a change of headgear over 5f here last October. Probably best not judged too harshly on last month's return from 9 months off at Ayr and return to all-weather can see him to much better effect. Does need things to drop right, however.
Men Of Honour (IRE)
Maiden who is yet to recapture pick of his form in Ireland for new yard, again not beaten far but not posing much win threat when 2 lengths seventh of 10 in a C&D handicap 2 weeks ago. Assessor eases his grip a little more at least.
Cape Sovereign (IRE)
Left Kevin Ryan and in first-time tongue strap (also had second breathing operation), shaped as if needed run when tenth of 12 in handicap at Carlisle (5f, good to soft) 3 weeks ago. Failed to build on that when always behind at Catterick on Wednesday.
Coulsty Exchange (IRE)
Coulsty filly who showed a good deal more than first time up when third in a Dundalk maiden (1m) in January. Failed to repeat that over same C&D the following month but switch to handicaps in her favour now debuting for new yard so one to note in betting for clues on return.
