Free-going sort who has recorded both his wins over 7f at Southwell, most recently in June in a race that worked out well. Wasn't in the same form having been caught wide there when last seen in July. Drops back in grade and is one for the shortlist.
Hilltop
C&D winner who's proved extremely consistent this season, making the frame on each of her 7 starts, winning at Newcastle in March. Did well from the widest draw when fourth of 13 in handicap at Chester (7f, soft, 11/1) 21 days ago. Back on tapeta and can go well again.
This Farh
A winner at Leicester and Beverley earlier in the season. in May. Shaped as if better for the run when sixth of 10 in handicap at latter course (7.3f, good to firm) 10 days ago.
Between Me And U
Is thriving at present, recording hat-trick with wins at Kempton and Wolverhampton in July and at Carlisle following month. A straightforward type who can make a bold bid for the 4-timer.
Captain Parma (IRE)
Second success when seeing off 7 rivals at Chelmsford in February. Step back in right direction when fifth of 12 over C&D 2 weeks ago after 4 months off. Visor goes back on and interesting if market speaks in his favour.
Bold Suitor
Benefited from a good ride when winning narrowly at Lingfield in April and bounced back to form when scoring at Kempton last time having eased in the weights. Has work to do from a mark back in the 70s.
He's A Gentleman (IRE)
3-time C&D winner, latest last October, and has found only one too good on 3 occasions since. Ran poorly here last time but is back down to last winning mark and is respected dropped in grade.

Won on first outing for Stuart Williams at Chelmsford in January. Signed off with a pair of placed finishes but has run below form on both outings for this stable.
Red Hat Eagle
Has gradually dropped back down the weights and finished placed at Lingfield and Thirsk on last 2 starts with the tongue tie added. Remains one to be interested in.
