BLUE BOLT can't be opposed as she bids for a fourth successive Group 1 win. City of Memphis followed her home in the Matron and may do so again. Kon Tiki was behind a few of these in the Atalanta at Sandown but that was on a soft surface and she may prove best of the rest if back to the level of her Group 3 success on fast ground at Ascot prior to that.

Timeform Comments

Blue Bolt (IRE)
Most progressive at 3 yrs and has blossomed again this time around, winning all 5 of her starts, including Group 1s over this trip on her last 3 outings, latterly proving 2¼ lengths too strong for City of Memphis in Matron at Leopardstown 3 weeks ago. Will continue to be hard to beat.
City Of Memphis (IRE)
Has quickly made up into a smart filly, winning Group races at Leopardstown (7f, good) and the Curragh (1m, good to firm) in May before returning from a break to chase home Blue Bolt in the Matron back at Leopardstown (1m, good to firm) last month. Should give another good account.
Kon Tiki
Low-mileage 4-y-o filly who built on good efforts behind the smart Blue Bolt on first 2 starts this year when back to winning ways in 1m Ascot Group 3 (good to firm) in July. Likely unsuited by soft ground when well held in the Atalanta at Sandown since.
Calendar Girl
Won the Group 3 Oh So Sharp over 7f here (good to firm) on her final 2-y-o outing. Improved again to land 1m Haydock listed race (good to firm again) on reappearance in August. Only sixth in the Atalanta on soft at Sandown since and will need to resume her progression back on a faster surface.
Evolutionist (IRE)
Capped fine juvenile season when third to Precise in Fillies' Mile over C&D. Returned to win a Longchamp Group 3 in the spring before chasing home True Love in the 1000 Guineas over C&D. Back to that level when 2½ lengths fourth to Blue Bolt in Prix Rothschild at Deauville (1m, good) in August.
Moon Target
Smart and improved efforts when reaching frame in Group 1s at Royal Ascot (2 lengths fourth to Precise) and Deauville (2¼ lengths third to Blue Bolt) this summer. Close third (with 3 of today's rivals behind) in Atalanta at Sandown (1m, soft) latest but probably more a place than win contender.
Secret Of Life
Won her first 3 starts, including a 1m Sandown listed event on good to firm. Lost her unbeaten record but still emerged with credit when length fourth in Atalanta back at Sandown (1m, soft) 35 days ago. This a jump in class but a low-mileage profile gives her potential for better again.
