St Mark's Basilica colt who went close on his 7f Leicester nursery debut but needs to shrug off a lesser run at Doncaster in cheekpieces (quickly discarded) since.
Prince Kameo
Progressive sort who won nurseries at Lingfield (all-weather) and Thirsk at the end of the summer. Another good effort when second of 5 at Beverley (8.5f) 17 days ago and should go well again.
Agitator
Left debut well behind to open his account in 12-runner maiden at Windsor (6f) in May. Well held at Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood on next 2 starts but back on track with sights lowered when staying-on third over 1m at Leicester 12 days. First-time blinkers replace cheekpieces.
Rocket Boots
Fair maiden. Sixth of 8 in nursery (8/1) at Yarmouth (7f, good) 18 days ago. Makes tapeta debut. Others are more persuasive.
The Monkey King
Went the right way in novices, winning at Brighton (7f) in August, but disappointing behind Prince Kameo on Thirsk nursery debut last month.
On Target (FR)
Showed a fair level of ability in a trio of 7f outings over the summer. Gelded ahead of this nursery and all-weather debut with cheekpieces added. Would very much enter the reckoning if the betting speaks in his favour.
Tribal Appearance (IRE)
Little promise on last month's 7f Haydock nursery debut having been gelded. Dropped 4 lb but it doesn't look near enough.
Absolute Diamond (IRE)
Won 7f Chepstow nursery in August. Flopped in a seller next time but wasted no time getting back to form when narrowly denied in 7f Chester nursery (heavy) a fortnight ago. Considered off 2 lb higher.
High Hazard
Now 0-7, although a wide draw offers as an excuse when well behind Absolute Diamond at Chester last time. Makes all-weather debut.
