Successful 5 times in 2025. Yet to score during the current campaign but respectable 2¾ lengths fourth of 13 to New Image over C&D last Saturday. Considered.
Slay Queen (IRE)
Progressive last summer but struggled at the end of last season and also well held on all 4 starts this year. Something to prove at present.
Hundred Caps
Added to his tally over C&D in January. Back from a second breathing operation with a respectable fifth of 10 at Newcastle (5f) 14 days ago. Back up in trip. Blinkers back on.
Rascal Recknell (FR)
Successful on 2 of his 4 starts for this yard last season but it's hard to derive much encouragement from his 3 outings this year.
Blue Orbit (IRE)
A fair 5f winner at 2yrs. Some creditable races this year but produced a lesser effort at Doncaster when last seen in July (final start for Dr Richard Newland & Jamie Insole). New stable equips him with a first-time hood.
Horace Wallace
2-2 since visored, namely 6f handicaps on all-weather at Lingfield and Wolverhampton last month. Likely to go well on the hat-trick bid.
Inca Heights (IRE)
Largely disappointing since debut win last summer, faring no better for cheekpieces last time. It remains to be a seen whether a switch to all-weather for the first time helps.
Jenever
C&D winner. Eleven runs since last win in 2025. Not ideally placed when ninth of 16 at Doncaster last time and had shaped well when second over C&D prior to that. Enters calculations.
Roaring Ralph
Thriving earlier this year with 5 wins from 6 starts, including 3 over 1m here, but he has gone off the boil lately. It remains to be seen whether a drop back to 6f helps.
Another Investment (IRE)
Went close 3 times in succession in July and August but his form has tailed off since.
Beauzon
Completed a remarkable 7-timer in typical fashion from the front at Wolverhampton in March. However, went into his shell on turf this summer and has fared no better back on all-weather on last 3 outings.

Won 4 times on all-weather for Richard Hughes last season but operating below his best for current yard.
