Has yet to match his fairly useful Flat form (for Dermot Weld) over hurdles. Ran up to best in this sphere when fifth of 10 in novice at Market Rasen (21f, good to firm) in August. Steps back down in trip and has the cheekpieces reapplied.
Tuppence (FR)
Fair hurdler who was backed at long odds when landing 15-runner handicap at Ayr (2m, soft, 18/1) by 11 lengths to Lance Les Des when last seen in April with this jockey in the saddle. Has gone well fresh before and looks sure to take all the beating back in novice company.
Miss Arabella
Placed twice in mares maiden hurdles during 2023/24. Failed to improve on handicap debut at Sedgefield when last seen in May 2024. Can only be watched on return unless market speaks in her favour.
