A few of these arrive with a question mark against them and this looks a good opportunity for Stuart Coltherd's mare MY MY MY DELILAH to capitalise on a handy-looking mark and gain a first success under Rules. Valtteri Its James could emerge as the main danger reverted to hurdles after a break, although Lone Star is also weighted to have a say.

Remains a maiden but he kept mistakes to a minimum when a good third of 12 in handicap hurdle over C&D (good) in May. Not out of things on his return off the same mark.
Theirshegoes (IRE)
Came close to ending a lengthy losing run when second at Uttoxeter (23f) in July. Added to a patchy record though when beating only one in handicap at Perth (3m, good) since. Needs to bounce back.
Lone Star
It's now twelve runs since her last win in 2025 but she arrives in decent nick, sixth of 10 in handicap hurdle at Sedgefield (2½m, good) 20 days ago. Not discounted off a 3 lb lower mark.
Valtteri Its James (IRE)
Point winner. Took a step forward when fourth on handicap debut over hurdles at Newcastle (2½m) in April. Unable to recover from a serious error when pulled up on chasing debut at Hexham (2½m, good) following month but could still do better returned to this sphere after a break.
My My My Delilah
Maiden hurdler. Best effort this season with fourth of 10 in handicap at Hexham (2½m, good to soft) in June. Weighted to go well off a 2 lb lower mark here.
Boston Queen (IRE)
Showed little in a handful of runs for Gordon Elliott and it was a similar story for his new yard when a well-held sixth of 9 in handicap hurdle at Perth (2m, good to soft) 10 days ago. Needs to take a big step forward.
Luminaries (IRE)
Won 4 times (including over 3m here) over hurdles last spring. More poor efforts than good ones since, though revived in first-time blinkers when second of 5 in handicap at Sedgefield (27f, good) last time. Needs to back it up in retained headgear.
Malangen (IRE)
Front-running veteran. Placed 5 times in early summer (including here) but not at his best in recent starts, only eighth of 12 in handicap hurdle at Perth (2½m, good to soft) 10 days ago. Now eighteen runs without a victory.
