REST YOUR MIND has few miles on the clock but should be suited by the extra distance and can double her tally at the expense of last year's winner Alfalfa. Whimsy and It's Good To Talk are also others to consider.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Sinbad My Dad traded at a high of 2.88 and Betfair SP of 6.00 when winning last time, a race in which it raced towards the rear.

Timeform Comments

Ben Vrackie
Largely out of sorts over hurdles/fences during a light 2024 campaign and well beaten on 2 Flat starts since (for new yard latest). Cheekpieces on for first time in this code.
The Mediator (IRE)
Step back in the right direction when fifth of 16 in handicap at Navan (2m, good, 66/1) last month. Back down in trip.
Satono Chevalier (IRE)
Won at Navan in March on his final start for Aidan Melia and has added 2 wins for his current yard since, at Ballinrobe and Limerick. Looks to have gone off the boil judged on his last few outings and needs the reapplied blinkers to spark a revival.
Sinbad My Dad (IRE)
Bounced back to form in first-time blinkers to win 9-runner handicap at Clonmel (1¼m, good, 9/2) 18 days ago by 2½ lengths from Lough Leane. May find things harder from a 7 lb higher mark.
Whimsy
Placed on first 2 outings in this sphere earlier in the season. Possibly needed the run when down the field at Navan after 4 months off last time. The cheekpieces go back on and any support should be noted.
A Wave Of The Sea (IRE)
Fairly useful chaser who benefited from the step back up in trip when landing 8-runner handicap at Kilbeggan (3¼m, good to soft) 44 days ago, cruising clear. Hasn't been seen in this sphere for 6 years.
Prophet's Path
Placed on final 5 starts in 2024 for Owen Burrows. Subsequently sold for 68,000 gns but hasn't been since and can only be watched making handicap debut.
Rest Your Mind (IRE)
Lightly-raced filly who got off the mark on first start for this yard in 12-runner maiden at Galway in August on reappearance. Ran well when fourth of 14 on handicap debut at Punchestown (9f, good) 19 days ago. Should be suited by this longer trip on pedigree and has to be taken seriously.
Beyond Your Dreams (IRE)
Fairly useful winner in this sphere when with Joseph O'Brien. In first-time blinkers, produced best effort for this yard when sixth of 13 in handicap hurdle at Punchestown (3m, good) when last seen in June. Others more persuasive.
Maeve Brennan (IRE)
Low-mileage 4-y-o who had no chance with the winner when runner-up twice in handicaps this season. Back down in trip and needs a couple of these to falter.
High Honour
Made frame at Roscommon in May but hasn't threatened since, including when seventh of 13 in handicap hurdle at Sligo (2¼m, good, 14/1) in August. Tongue strap and cheekpieces go back on but bounce back required.
Alfalfa (IRE)
Ran up to best when scoring in last year's corresponding event from a 2 lb higher mark with this rider in the saddle. After 11 months off, 33/1, wasn't seen to best effect when sixth of 18 at this course (1¼m, heavy) last week, left with lot to do. Rates a big danger if this doesn't come too soon.
It's Good To Talk (IRE)
Lightly-raced maiden on Flat. Shaped better than distance beaten suggests when eighth of 18 on handicap debut at this course (1¼m, heavy, 33/1) 7 days ago. Cheekpieces now go on.
Mapa (CAN)
Long-standing maiden who's gone backwards since finishing third of 16 at Roscommon in May and is hard to make a case for.
