Timeform View

ZHURI is bred in the purple and shaped well when fourth in a Newmarket novice on debut 16 days ago, moving powerfully before leaving the impression the run may well have been needed. She appeals as the type to take a significant step forward and confirm the promise of that effort here. Faithful, a well-bred newcomer from the William Haggas stable, is another to note, along with Lady Jemima.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Zhuri traded at a low of 2.24 and Betfair SP of 11.09 when losing last time, a race in which it raced in mid-field and travelled strongly early on.

Timeform Comments

Emocionante (IRE)
Foaled February 12. €24,000 foal, €80,000 yearling, Naval Crown filly. Half-sister to 6f-7f winner Imperial Dream and a winner abroad. Dam unraced. Yard 2-20 with their 2-y-o newcomers at time of writing this season and best watched unless market vibes prove particularly positive.
Faithful
Foaled March 25. Baaeed filly. Half-sister to several winners, including smart 1m winner Bowmark and useful 2-y-o 7f winner Italy. Dam, 1¼m winner who stayed 1½m, sister to Derby winner Serpentine. Noteworthy newcomer hailing from top stable and she's one to note.
Lady Jemima
St Mark's Basilica filly who has improved with each outing to date, under a change of tactics when good second of 10 in a Newmarket maiden (7f) 9 days ago. That was a fair effort and a repeat should see her thereabouts again.
Never An Angel (IRE)
Foaled February 25. 460,000 gns yearling, No Nay Never filly. Dam, 1m winner (including at 2 yrs), half-sister to smart 1m winner Sounds of Heaven out of once-raced sister to 1000 Guineas winner Hermosa. Makes plenty of appeal on paper but yard's newcomers usually better for a run. Wears hood.
Zhuri
Dubawi filly who is bred in the purple and she shaped well when fourth of 7 in novice at Newmarket (1m) on debut last month, moving powerfully before leaving the impression the run was needed. Open to significant improvement on the back of that and bold showing anticipated.
