Timeform View

Not a novice that will take much winning and potentially a good opening for the well-bred ENDLESS QUEST who makes a belated debut for her leading stable. A couple of last-place finishes probably don't do Evening Call justice and she's the obvious danger.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

In what could be a tactical affair, Endless Quest is the one in the top half of the betting forecast that could be expected to race closest to the early pace: Amongst those forecasted to have a good chance, Moontune, who looks likely to race nearer last than first, may be compromised by a race not truly run as is the likelihood with no obvious pacesetters.

Timeform Comments

Certainty
Little impact in 2 races a year apart (trained by Chris Dwyer on debut).
Endless Quest (IRE)
Wootton Bassett filly. Dam unraced sister to very smart winner up to 1¼m Misty For Me and smart 2-y-o 7f/1m winner Ballydoyle. Makes plenty of appeal on paper and this could be a good opening for her belated debut.
Espressona Signora
Roseman filly. Half-sister to useful Italian 2-y-o 5.5f winner Crisaff's Queen and winner up to 1¼m No Stopping Her.
Evening Call
375,000 gns daughter of Wootton Bassett from the family of Irish 2000 Guineas winner Saffron Walden. Hasn't beaten another rival in 2 runs, although shaped with some promise on debut at Newmarket (1m, 3 ran) and possibly didn't handle the heavy going at Goodwood last time. Blinkers go on.
Fourneville
13,000 gns yearling, Massaat filly. Sister to useful 2-y-o 6f winner Mascapone. Dam, 7f/1m winner, half-sister to smart winner up to 2¼m (stayed 2½m) Rainbow Dreamer.
Moontune
Showed more than first time up despite finishing last of 4 in 1m Kempton novice last month. Handicaps over further will be her bag but she could be in the mix here.
Tilsworth Emma
300/1 and always behind on debut at Kempton (7f) last month.
