Timeform View

DREAMS GALORE will benefit from this return to 5f and Ollie Sangster's upwardly-mobile filly makes plenty of appeal in her quest to quickly resume winning ways. Sultan Darius should similarly benefit from this drop back in trip and can pose the biggest threat.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Dreams Galore traded at a low of 1.53 and Betfair SP of 3.63 when losing last time, a race in which it raced prominently.

Timeform Comments

Amber Ocean
Promising sort who landed Chepstow novice (5f) before posting a very good third of 6 in 5f Leicester nursery later in July when not enjoying a smooth passage. Disappointing on nursery debut at Bath 3 weeks ago, though.
Dreams Galore (IRE)
Improved since switched to positive tactics, winning her first 2 starts in nurseries at Chepstow. Ran creditably having been raised 7 lb to this mark when third of 6 at Brighton (6f, good) 43 days ago. Tongue strap on first time. Has to be taken seriously with return to 5f a positive.
Bellatina
Had finished runner-up on 3 of her 6 starts prior to getting off the mark with an improved display at Lingfield (5f, all-weather) in August but followed that up with a poor effort at Musselburgh (5f, good to firm, 25/1) 23 days ago.
Sultan Darius (IRE)
Still keen despite the addition of a hood but improved to make a winning nursery debut at Lingfield (5f, all-weather) in August. Didn't seem to benefit from the step up to 6f there last time and he's respected back at this trip.
Duty's Call (IRE)
Went off favourite but failed to beat a rival in a 8-runner maiden at Sandown on debut but quickly proved herself much better than that when second of 6 in novice at Chester in August. Bit below that level when fourth of 9 in novice at Beverley (5f, good, 16/1) 19 days ago. Makes nursery debut.
Sue's Last Chance (IRE)
Standout effort of his qualifying runs came when fifth in a York maiden that has worked out well in early-June. Hasn't beaten a rival on either nursery debut, though, and now is tried in a visor.
Birkacre Brow
Gained a first win at the fourth attempt when making all in 8-runner novice at Lingfield (5f, all-weather) in August but was below form making his nursery debut when seventh of 10 at Bath (5f, good to firm, 22/1) 23 days ago. Return to all-weather could be a positive, though.
Ard As A Rock (IRE)
Promising debut when 2 lengths fifth of 18 in novice at Newbury (6f) last month but didn't kick on in 2 qualifying runs. Showed early speed before losing his pitch and plugging on again late when fourth of 6 in nursery at Chepstow (5f, soft, 5/1) 37 days ago. Visor on first time.
Penny Capri (IRE)
Took a step forward with success in 9-runner nursery at Catterick (5f, firm) in July but struggled upped to this grade at Bath 3 weeks ago. Tongue strap on first time.
Defiant Dream
Standout effort when a 50/1 runner-up in a Ffos Las (5f, soft) maiden in July but she shaped better than the distance beaten suggests when fourth of 8 in a heavy ground nursery at that C&D 8 days ago, denied a run from 1f out. Needs to prove she's as effective on all-weather.
