KELIJOE would have made an impressive start over fences at Uttoxeter in March had he stood up (unseated 2 out when almost 20 lengths clear) and looks sure to win races in this sphere on that showing. This represents a classier field but he can make amends if ready to go. All 5 of his rivals could make their mark over fences, with Draco Malfoy perhaps the most interesting on his return.

Timeform Comments

Draco Malfoy (IRE)
Successful over hurdles at Huntingdon (after 10 months off) and Hereford (2¾m) last season. Possesses the background/build to make a better chaser and first time up could be a good time to catch him.
In The Age (FR)
£100,000 point winner (also fairly useful in bumpers) who was successful in 19f Catterick novice hurdle on New Year's Day. Should have a good future over fences (top yard 5-11 with chase debutants this season).
Le Soleil Reve (FR)
Made a good start over hurdles and placed 3 times at up to 2½m last season. Bred to have a future over fences.
Livingit Du Large (FR)
Successful over hurdles as a 4-y-o and fair runs when twice completing last season (beaten 9 lengths in second in 4-runner 2¾m Fontwell handicap in February). Needs to improve now chasing on his return but no surprise if he does so.
Bel Ombre (IRE)
Fair in bumpers and matched that level sent handicapping over hurdles when landing a gamble in 13-runner event at Taunton (19f) in January. Good efforts next 2 starts and should make his mark over fences.
Kelijoe (FR)
Fairly useful French bumper winner who took a Doncaster novice handicap hurdle last December and was in the process of demolishing his rivals on chasing debut at Uttoxeter (2½m) in March when rather unfortunate to depart 2 out. Clearly going to win races in this sphere on that showing.
