The betting will prove informative with the majority of these fillies having their first outing over obstacles, EARTH MAID selected to make a winning start for the powerful Skelton yard. We're Out of Aces showed promise amidst greenness first time up so she can feature with improvement likely. The selection's stablemate Miss Moffett and stable-switcher Song of The Stars complete the shortlist.

Timeform Comments

Affection (FR)
Ran close to her fairly useful best on stable debut on the Flat but did little to encourage sent hurdling at Newton Abbot back in June. Has finished down the field in 4 Flat handicaps since (latest in first-time cheekpieces) so best watched for now.
Earth Maid
Dink filly. Dam (h112) 2m hurdle winner. Of obvious interest on debut and appears to be stable's first string on jockey bookings.
Guildhall Graduate (IRE)
Modest maiden on Flat who went with little encouragement tried hurdling at Killarney in August. Watching brief advised having since left Gavin Patrick Cromwell.
Miss Malone To You
Down the field on all 4 Flat outings (latest after a breathing operation). Makes hurdling debut.
Miss Moffett
Blue Bresil filly. Half-sister to 3 winners, including useful hurdler/high-class chaser Nube Negra and fair chaser Noche Negra. Dam 10.5f winner in Spain. Seemingly yard's second string on jockey bookings.
Sainte Colombe (FR)
Saint Des Saints filly. Sister to fairly useful hurdler/very smart chaser Saint Segal, and half-sister to 3 winners, including dual bumper winner/smart hurdler Celtic Dino. Dam (c109/h118) winning hurdler/chaser in France. Market can guide expectations.
Song Of The Stars
Progressive stayer on the Flat, opening her account at Lingfield in May before following up from 5 lb higher in 8-runner event at Nottingham (1¾m, soft) less than a fortnight later. Has since moved to a top yard (James Ferguson retired) and looks an interesting hurdling debutant.
Talka (FR)
Has one standout effort in France for M. Baratti and offered little on yard/handicap debut at Chester last month. That was presumably a pipe-opener for a campaign over hurdles so interesting to see how she fares in the market in a first-time tongue tie (has also had a breathing operation).
We're Out Of Aces (IRE)
Walk In The Park filly who showed some ability amidst inexperience when sixth of 13 in juvenile hurdle at Ballinrobe (2¼m, good) on debut last month. Bredy to stay well so the drop in trip surprising but she's open to improvement nonetheless.
