Timeform View

The form of ROGUE PASSION's Prix d'Aumale success at Longchamp was massively franked on Arc day. She reeled in Sunday's Prix Jean-Luc Lagardère winner Amusingly, with Prix Marcel Boussac runner-up Data almost 4 lengths behind in third. Consequently, Edward Bethell's filly looks the value call over the unbeaten Musical Times, who is already good enough to win most renewals after her romp in the May Hill.

Timeform Comments

Dancing Destiny (IRE)
Added to her Roscommon debut success when finding plenty in a Naas listed race. Much improved when placed in pattern events next 3 starts, though she was beaten over 8 lengths when third in the Moyglare at the Curragh most recently.
Exceptionally (USA)
Half-sister to top-class City of Troy but she's still a maiden after 5 starts and looks out of her depth at this level.
Forbidden Fire
Half-sister to connections' smart winner up to 1¼m See The Fire. Looked another above-average type from this family when a wide-margin debut winner at Salisbury and more than confirmed that view when following up in listed race at Doncaster. Can improve again but not guaranteed to stay 1m at 2 yrs.
Haven (IRE)
Getting better with each run and off the mark in dominant fashion in Dundalk maiden 2 weeks ago. Trainer has won this a record 7 times but this one has a mountain to climb on bare form.
Lex Victoria (IRE)
Seven-figure Breeze Up purchase who pulled clear with the second when winning newcomers event at Newmarket in August. Had no trouble defying a penalty at Kempton next time but marked step forward is required at this level.
Musical Times (IRE)
Won a couple of novices with plenty in hand before handling the step up in class with the minimum of fuss when a wide-margin winner of the May Hill at Doncaster. That performance looked right out of the top drawer and she's likely to take some stopping.
Rogue Passion (IRE)
Highly-progressive filly who confirmed previous promise when landing the odds at Carlisle. Took a huge step forward fast-tracked to pattern company when following up in a Group 2 at Longchamp, reeling in Sunday's Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere winner Amusingly. Looks a serious player on that form.
Scommessa Sicura (IRE)
Off the mark at the fourth attempt in Newmarket maiden before just denied in listed race at Salisbury. However, she was blown away by Musical Times in the May Hill at Doncaster and Murphy prefers Forbidden Fire.
