Timeform View

ROYAL ACCLAMATION has been runner-up twice and is bred for middle distances, so can go one better despite looking a bit quirky when second at Haydock 15 days ago. Iron Curtain showed plenty of ability when faring best of newcomers on debut at Salisbury and should improve for this longer trip, while Donegan won impressively on debut at Kempton and is open to progress.

Timeform Comments

Donegan
Looked a useful prospect when winning on debut over 1m at Kempton on all-weather 18 days ago, beating 9 rivals. Tackling turf for the first time and open to progress upped in trip.
Bundaberg (IRE)
All 3 starts at this track and showed fair form when third of 8 in maiden 18 days ago. Likely needs more time and distance in handicaps.
Iron Curtain (IRE)
Showed plenty of ability when second of 11 over 1m on debut at Salisbury 30 days ago. From a family with stamina, so this longer trip should suit and he'll go well for in-form stable.
Royal Acclamation
Looked promising when runner-up in maidens over 1m last 2 starts, including at this track and then when looking quirky with claimer taking over at Haydock. Bred for middle distances so this longer trip will suit and he can go one better with Billy Loughnane making a difference in the saddle.
Wilcox Bridge (IRE)
Green when fifth of 9 in a Southwell maiden on debut 19 days ago. Well bred and this longer trip will suit but he'll likely need more time.
