Recent Clonmel winner GUY'S GIRL can take advantage of a small rise and double her career tally. Espritroyale and Love Orchid were both unlucky in the same Listowel race last time and are entitled to be on the premises granted better luck.

Timeform Comments

Northern Ruler
Out of form when last seen on the Flat and made little impact over hurdles since. Can only be watched for all he's taking a big drop in grade returning to the level.
Senna's Girl (IRE)
Long-standing maiden who is anything but an easy ride. One of her better efforts when beaten a length in Gowran handicap in June. Third in Bellewstown maiden last time. Significantly up in trip and the tongue strap goes back on.
Vlhova
Successful at Killarney last summer on final outing for Kevin Thomas Coleman and maintained her level through the rest of the season. Is yet to fire this season and has to show more encouragement before becoming of interest.
Killyclogher Rose (IRE)
C&D winner in June but has failed to beat a rival both starts since. Has been given further help from the handicapper and drops back in trip.
Solomon Coop (IRE)
Won twice during the early part of 2025 but ended the year out of sorts and there was little encouragement to be gleaned from both starts this season. Is now below last winning mark and the market is likely the best guide.
Guy's Girl (IRE)
Came in for support and was back to best in first-time cheekpieces when getting off the mark in 14-runner handicap at Clonmel (1¼m, good, 9/2) by neck from Reponse Finale 25 days ago. Visor goes on and a 4 lb rise seems fair.
Jp's Express (IRE)
Won 8.5f Galway handicap in July and turned in best effort since when 3¾ lengths third of 14 to Aquilla Star over same C&D in September. Run best excused at Listowel last time.
Rhythm King (IRE)
Twelve runs since last win in 2024. Shaped with encouragement on return when sixth of 17 at Galway but hasn't repeated that in 2 starts since. Significantly back up in trip and chance if rediscovering old form.
Sylkie
Made frame on final 2 starts last season. Only seen twice this season but has finished well held both times. The cheekpieces go back on.
Love Orchid (IRE)
Upped in trip and made the places at Tramore and Navan in August. Better than result at Listowel last time when left with a hopeless task from her position. Not out of things if bouncing back.
Espritroyale (IRE)
Fair maiden who was runner-up at Down Royal in June and then filled the same position at Galway the following month. Shaped much better than the bare result when in mid-division at Listowel 20 days ago, meeting repeated trouble and finishing with running left. Enters calculations.
Pure Granite (IRE)
Turned in his best effort since tackling handicaps when 1¾ lengths fourth of 14 to Chloe's Boy at Punchestown on return from 10-month absence in September. Failed to build on that at Navan last time.
