Sole 3-y-o NIFFLER can make it 4 wins in his last 5 starts. Last month's Bath scorer Fram Castle is second choice ahead of Tazaman

Timeform Comments

Naasma (IRE)
Won 3 times on turf last year but has not fired this time around, including over C&D latest.
Thankyou Baroness
Won 1½m handicap at Doncaster last summer. Seemed to post one of her best runs since when third of 5 in handicap at Southwell (1¾m) 9 days ago but it came in a falsely-run race.
Tazaman
Versatile 9-y-o who was right at the top of his game when runner-up over 1¾m at Nottingham and Redcar at the start of the summer. Off for nearly 4 months but the booking of Billy Loughnane suggests he could be ready to roll.
Two Plus Two (IRE)
Stepped forward from this season's return when scoring at Bath (1¾m) in May. Has gone close twice since but never involved without his usual blinkers (which are missing again) at Bath 13 days ago. Up in trip.
Girls Night Out
Modest maiden at up to 2m for Owen Burrows. Off for 10 months ahead of yard debut. A watching brief is the percentage call.
Fram Castle (IRE)
Ended 2025 out of form for Dominic Ffrench Davis but has quickly found his feet for new yard, winning 10-runner handicap at Bath (1¾m, good) 36 days ago, just holding on. Not taken lightly stepping up in trip.
Niffler (GER)
Typical Sir Mark Prescott improver who landed a hat-trick at up to 2m in August/September. Winning run ended at Wolverhampton latest but it was another good effort. A bold show looks assured.
Sneaky Blinder (FR)
Enhanced his solid Wolverhampton record in March and dispelled a trio of dull displays back from a break when third over C&D in June. Beaten a long way on turf twice since so his hopes are pinned on a return to all-weather sparking him back to life.
Port Of Entry (IRE)
Ex-French performer who showed a bit when 5½ lengths fifth of 9 in C&D handicap on British debut but well held twice since, including in a first-time tongue tie latest. A hood also goes on now.
