Timeform View

Not much chasing form to go on here and JAMADA is taken to add to his bumper/hurdles victories and make a winning start in this sphere for the in-form Olly Murphy/Sean Bowen team. Lady Kara has chasing experience on her side and could emerge as the main danger if keeping the mistakes down.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

Cheesy Icon traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 4 starts: Marche D'aligre has traded at 50% or less of Betfair SP twice on its last 5 starts.

Timeform Comments

Four Springs (IRE)
Point/hurdles winner on return last season. Pulled up in first-time cheekpieces on his handicap debut in the EBF Novices' Final at Sandown in March. Goes chasing down in trip on his reappearance with headgear quickly discarded and yard does well with similar types.
Cheesy Icon
Headstrong sort but firmly on the up over hurdles when last seen, signing off with an excellent third on his handicap debut at Chepstow (2m) in December. Off 9 months ahead of his chase debut but can't be discounted.
Marche D'aligre (FR)
A fair 2m hurdles winner at his best but he ended last season under a cloud, tried in cheekpieces when well held at Haydock (2m) on his final run in April. Chasing debutant.
Jamada (IRE)
Bumper winner in Ireland. Got off the mark for current yard in 2m maiden hurdle at Fakenham in April and backed it up with a good third of 10 on handicap debut at Aintree (17f, good) in May when last seen. Should make his mark over fences for in-form yard.
Ask A Sainte
Won 2m handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter in June. Runner-up on 2m chasing debut at Market Rasen next time but below par all 3 runs since, only seventh back over fences in 2m Uttoxeter handicap 9 days ago. Could bounce back, although Sean Bowen rides stablemate Jamada here.
Lady Kara
Completed a hat-trick over hurdles at Newton Abbot (17f) in June. Yet to add to her tally over fences but runner-up in 2m Sedgefield handicaps last 2 starts. Can go well again off the same mark if keeping the mistakes down.
