ZUZUKEL went mightily close to opening his account here last season so Tony Martin's 6-y-o gets the tentative vote to go one better on return over Pavilion End, who has been in good order on the level and looks a potential improver now sent down the handicap route. Chantilly Wings and Houndsworth can fight out minor honours.

Lightly raced and little impact since 2024/25, again well below his best at Clonmel back in May. Hard to fancy on return.
Pavilion End
Fairly useful on Flat and can have his latest Dundalk effort overlooked having been struck into. Makes handicap hurdle debut and one to keep an eye on, especially should the market speak in his favour.
Somersby Roost (IRE)
Got off the mark in taking fashion at Cork (19f) in early-May. Leap of faith required having gone off the rails since.
Zuzukel (FR)
Maiden who was easy to back and shaped as if needing the run when well held at Bellewstown back in the spring. Could be worth chancing on return (went very close at this course 11 months ago). Engaged 4.30 Roscommon Monday.
Beyond Forgiveness (IRE)
Pulled up sole start in points and possibly failed to stay the longer trip when well beaten at Listowel recently. Drops to 2m for this handicap debut and a first-time tongue tie goes on.
Chantilly Wings (IRE)
Fair maiden hurdler who has finished in the frame on all 4 starts this season, most recently when third of 10 on handicap debut at Downpatrick. Return to 2m looks a good move so he's shortlisted.
Houndsworth (IRE)
Much improved when making a successful handicap debut in 20-runner event at Cork (2m) in April. Ran to a similar level when runner-up at Ballinrobe in August but his jumping is beginning to look an issue.
Silly Mongoose (IRE)
Got off the mark in 2m maiden hurdle at Kilbeggan in June. Ran poorly on his next couple of starts but back on track with headgear discarded when third at Clonmel earlier in the month.
Cometothinkofit (IRE)
No show in maiden hurdles. Needs this switch to a handicap to bring out plenty of improvement.
Build A Bridge (IRE)
Maiden who was out of form when last seen in the spring. Returns for a new yard but tough to warm to with the headgear discarded.
Arctic Piper (IRE)
Long-standing maiden. Hasn't looked like capitalising on a falling mark in a trio of handicap hurdle starts for present yard this season (much shorter in the betting than previously at Gowran recently).
Kingston Silver (IRE)
Well held all 3 starts in recent weeks and needs to show plenty more now handicapping.
