Timeform View

JUNCTION ROAD has been the subject of a notable stable switch since her promising debut at Down Royal 7 weeks ago and she could make a winning start for Henry de Bromhead if building on that. Shuil Solas and Back In Favour are a couple of others who seem sure to be in the mix. Eastern Whisper is the most interesting newcomer.

Timeform Comments

Back In Favour (IRE)
Point winner who has shown ability in bumpers, including over 2½m at Listowel last time when again finishing third (possibly paid to some extent for attempting to get on terms with the promising winner).
Bambi Fever (IRE)
Much sharper second time up at Kilbeggan last month, albeit no match for winner who dominated (beaten 12 lengths in second). Likely to flourish at a later stage.
Bayswater Bloom (IRE)
Shaped with a little encouragement on second run over hurdles at Navan last time but probably only playing for a place judged on her previous bumper form.
Eastern Whisper
28,000 gns 3-y-o, Sea The Stars mare. Dam 11f/1½m winner in France. Jockey booking catches the eye and trainer doesn't do too bad in this sphere.
Finnellatimes (IRE)
Court Cave mare. Half-sister to fairly useful hurdle winner Shabby Hill.
Moot Hall (FR)
18/1, too free and well beaten in Tramore bumper in August. Hood goes on.
Shuil Solas (IRE)
A blip at Wexford aside when shaping as if amiss she's made a promising start in bumpers, taking a step forward under this rider when 4 lengths second to another improver at Listowel last time. Might need a stiffer test but she's the pick on form and should be on the premises.
Cantgetaway (IRE)
€1,000 3-y-o, Getaway filly. Sister to 2 winners, including bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler Benign Dictator. Cheap purchase but she's not without interest on breeding.
Casey Quest (IRE)
Walk In The Park filly. Dam, point winner, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/fair chaser who became unreliable (winner around 2m) Joeswayornoway.
Junction Road (IRE)
Half-sister to fairly useful hurdler Yalla Habibi and offered something to work on having been backed at long odds in Down Royal bumper for Stephen Carlin 7 weeks ago. Should have more to offer for new yard and an interesting runner.
Littlebeen (IRE)
Beaten a long way in bumper here and Bellewstown juvenile hurdle last season.
Miss Willow Grey (IRE)
Went with little encouragement when down the field in academy hurdle here 11 months ago for D Deacon.
Pat's Prodigies (IRE)
Vendangeur filly. Half-sister to a point winner and fair hurdler Phils Choice, stays 23f. Dam (c104/h105) 2m hurdle winner (stayed 19f). Yard had a couple of bumper winners in August.
Peace Rose (IRE)
Tailed off in Listowel bumper on recent debut.
