Timeform View

ROMOTOSO was a disappointing favourite at Southwell last time but a return to turf and a longer trip can see her in a better light. She gets the nod. Tradittion and Lady Foxtrot can also make their presence felt.

Timeform Comments

Lady Foxtrot (IRE)
Belied market weakness to make a winning start in 13-runner novice at Carlisle (6f, good to soft) last month. Well below that form at Goodwood since but must enter calculations here.
Beverleighann
Foaled March 21. Ubettabelieveit filly. Half-sister to 5f winner Henery Hawk. Dam Belgian 7f winner. Yard without a juvenile winner this year.
Fancied Angel
Just modest form in a couple of starts so far, latest when sixth of 13 in maiden at Beverley (5f, good) 27 days ago, met some trouble. Probably one for nurseries.
Kissamee
Foaled February 25. Time Test filly. Half-sister to useful 7f winner Maywake. Dam maiden. Worth a look in the market on debut.
Massa Go Go
Foaled April 22. Masar filly. Dam, 1½m winner, half-sister to very smart 5f/6f winner (including Prix de l'Abbaye) Total Gallery. Likely a longer-term prospect.
Romidijo
Quirky filly who finished runner-up in her first 2 nursery starts but hasn't been in the same form more recently. Others more convincing.
Setubal (IRE)
Foaled January 19. 30,000 gns yearling, Inns of Court filly. Half-sister to several winners, including useful 7f winner Dutch Treat and Saudi Arabian 1m winner Barud. One to note on debut.
Tradittion
Disappointed at Newcastle latest but had been steadily progressive prior to that, including when fair second of 13 at Carlisle (6f) last month. One of likelier contenders.
Adelaides Turn
Offered more than on debut when fourth of 7 in maiden at Bath (5f, good to soft) 30 days ago. Claims if building on that.
Atlantic Grace
Foaled February 11. Lope Y Fernandez filly. Dam 6f winner. Yard boasts a fine record with their juvenile runners on turf this season.
Classic Bellini
Built on debut effort when third at Wetherby in June and looked a little rusty, back from 4 months off, when sixth of 9 in maiden at Wolverhampton (5f) 11 days ago, slowly away. Respected.
Romotoso
Disappointed over minimum trip at Southwell latest but finished placed on all 3 starts previously, including when close second of 14 at Windsor (6f) last month. Shortlist material.
