Multiple Flat/hurdles winner upon joining present yard. Proved well suited by the increased emphasis on stamina when bolting up over hurdles at Stratford (2¾m) in July but has struggled back on the Flat since and has something to prove in this sphere for now.

Back from 3 months off when good second of 4 in handicap at Lingfield (1¾m, firm) in August. Possible heavy ground was against him when tailed off at Goodwood since. 3-3 on all-weather (including C&D) and Oisin Murphy rides so there are reasons to be hopeful.

Lightly-raced gelding who upped his game sent handicapping when winning 4-runner event at Yarmouth (11.5f, firm) in August. Good third of 10 over 1¾m back there latest. Makes tapeta debut. Remains unexposed for leading yard.
Son Of Man (IRE)
Sole career success came at Lingfield (1½m, all-weather) in April. Sprang back to life after a trio of dull runs when 6½ lengths third of 9 at Windsor (11.5f) last month but seemingly failed to stay 1¾m at Salisbury. On a good mark but stamina a doubt.
Inappropriate (IRE)
Not long with current yard and recorded first win for some time when taking 2m Musselburgh handicap in July. Well held there next time but bounced back with a hurdle win at Perth last month and a fair fourth at Market Rasen since.
Percy Jones
All 4 career victories here the latest over 1½m last summer. Largely creditable efforts in defeat this year, including when third at Bath on his last 2 outings. Likely to be on the premises again.
Ottoman (IRE)
Wide-margin winner at Leicester (1½m) in July. Struggled on next 2 starts but back on the up with 1½m course win last month. Unseated leaving the stalls at Haydock since.
