Timeform View

THE DOTSKI showed improved form when off the mark at Ballinrobe last month, seeing her race out much more strongly away from heavy ground, and this lightly raced mare can make a winning handicap debut with further progress likely. Fraher Field is feared most after beating 17 rivals on her handicap debut at Listowel despite a 4 lb rise, while Cleopatra's Needle is also respected.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

The Dotski traded at a high of 8.60 and Betfair SP of 7.67 when winning last time, a race in which it raced prominently.

Timeform Comments

Amanha (FR)
Dual hurdles winner who matched her fairly useful best in that sphere when winning a mares maiden chase at Tramore in early-2025/26. Showed little on return from 14-month absence over hurdles at Navan in September and has plenty to prove now as a result.
The Dotski (IRE)
Getaway mare who showed improved form on return from a 6-month break when winning 15-runner mares maiden last time by 4½ lengths from Brave Lady. Open to further improvement now tackling a handicap. High on the shortlist.
Cleopatra's Needle (IRE)
Fair winning hurdler. Ran well when 7 lengths fourth of 20 to Venusienne in mares handicap at Galway in July. Bounced back from a poor Flat effort when 4¼ lengths sixth of 9 to Not In A Hurry at Fairyhouse 4 days ago. Has coped with quick turnarounds in the past but no more than averagely treated.
Fraher Field (IRE)
Fair bumper winner who stepped up on previous hurdling efforts when making a winning handicap debut in 18-runner mares handicap at Listowel last time, by short-head from Shirzan. Up 4 lb for that success but looks sure to make another bold bid.
Astelia (IRE)
Finally got off the mark when winning an 8-runner mares maiden at Killarney last time, by 5 lengths from Katie Can't Cope. Improvement required now reverting to handicaps.
