Back on all-weather for stable debut, FIREWALKER showed much improved form when runner-up in a handicap here last month, beaten only by a thriving rival. He can build on that effort to go one better, at the chief expense of Palmeira who drops back in grade on first start for a new stable. Monmouth can also make his presence felt.

Runner-up to a now-useful type at Southwell on debut but failed to match that level in 3 starts on turf this year. However, after 4 months off (gelded) he got back on the up making first run since leaving Kevin Philippart de Foy when second in handicap over C&D 3 weeks ago. Major player.
Monmouth (IRE)
Well-bred type who has shown improved form fitted with headgear last 2 starts, going with plenty of zest switched to blinkers when runner-up in maiden at Down Royal (7f) 18 days ago. Could make a bold bid back down in trip for all-weather debut.
Blessed By Faith (IRE)
Making a belated debut, shaped as if in need of the experience when eighth of 13 in maiden at Navan 9 days ago. Faces a difficult task here.
Cape Blue Point (IRE)
€33,000 yearling, €35,000 2-y-o, 2,000 gns 3-y-o, Blue Point filly. Half-sister to 1¼m-13f winner Cape Crown. Yard's newcomers tend to be better for their first experience. Wears tongue strap.
Dusty Rock (IRE)
Much improved from debut when second in 13-runner maiden at this course (5f) in January. After a further 8 months off, ran poorly at Bellewstown 16 days ago, but she's in good hands to bounce back returned to this venue and upped in trip.
Emiza (FR)
Daughter of Blue Point who stepped forward from her debut when runner-up in maiden at this course (7f) in August, travelling best. Hasn't seen her race out in 2 subsequent outings, so she looks worth a try over this shorter distance.
Otsana (IRE)
Showed ability when mid-field in 7f maiden at the Curragh on debut and similar form when third of 12 at Down Royal 6 weeks ago, despite seeming unsuited by the drop back to 5f. Tongue strap applied for first try at this trip.
Palmeira
Acquitted herself well in listed races on first 3 starts this season for Eve Johnson Houghton. However, below form on handicap debut before facing a stiff task in Group 3 at Sandown in July. Respected back in calmer waters for new yard.
Rosanella
Has offered little promise in 2 maidens so far, making no impression dropped to 6f when twelfth of 13 at Navan (6f) 9 days ago.
