Timeform View

THINKITDONTJINXIT was runner-up in back-to-back Thurles bumpers and, despite disappointing when last seen in that sphere, looks the type to come into his own over hurdles, with Global Submission the main danger if ready to go on return and progressive maiden Approval very much respected.

Timeform Comments

A Boy The Kid (IRE)
Showed just modest form when mid-division in a pair of bumpers in 2025. Makes hurdling debut on back of 616-day absence.
Approval
Fairly useful Flat winner for Owen Burrows. Progressive form over hurdles, 20 lengths second of 16 to Love Me Tender in maiden at Listowel last time. Hood removed but open to further improvement.
Bog Cross (IRE)
Winning pointer. Not seen in that sphere since May. Wears a hood on hurdling debut.
Dreams Delight (IRE)
My Dream Boat gelding. Bred for longer trips but offered something to work on when 4½ lengths fourth of 13 to Green Hint in bumper at Listowel, faring best of those held up. Makes hurdling debut.
Global Submission
Telescope gelding. Third in a point and made an encouraging start under Rules when ¾-length second of 5 to Kovanis in bumper at Leopardstown in December 2024. Not seen since but clearly interesting and one to consider, especially if the market speaks in his favour.
Gold Star Status (IRE)
Off mark in points at fourth attempt and shaped like a stayer when 28¼ lengths seventh of 14 to Tell The Boys in maiden at Listowel on hurdling debut. Will be better off once tackling longer trips.
Leva Eagle (IRE)
Little promise either start in a pair of maiden hurdles.
Marian Place (IRE)
Ocovango gelding. Shaped as if in need of experience when mid-division in maiden hurdle at Sligo on debut. Returns from 523-day absence.
No Loose Ends (IRE)
Half-brother to 4 winners, including fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser Dandy Dan (winner up to 3¼m, by Midnight Legend) and useful bumper winner/fair 2m hurdle winner Bigbadandbeautiful (by Big Bad Bob). Off mark in points at second attempt (Feb 2026). Makes some appeal.
Northern Silence (IRE)
€55,000 3-y-o, £12,000 5-y-o: first foal: dam (h85), lightly raced over hurdles, half-sister to 2m hurdle winner Coolmeen Park out of useful 2m-2¾m hurdle winner Alpine Glade: placed on first of 3 starts in points, towards rear on latest (May 3).
Papanell (IRE)
Some promise both starts in bumpers but well beaten in 3 maiden hurdles since.
Thinkitdontjinxit (IRE)
Point winner who was runner-up in a pair of Thurles bumpers at the start of the year. Well beaten at the Punchestown Festival in the spring but type to come into his own now hurdling.
Robbie Diamonds (IRE)
Signs of ability on the second of 2 starts in bumpers and shaped better than the bare result suggests sent hurdling when seventh of 13 in 2m maiden at Gowran 156 days ago, unable to sustain effort. Probably one for handicaps later on. Engaged 1.10 at Limerick on Saturday.
Storm Bresie
€40,000 buy. Maiden pointer. Never better than mid-field on hurdling debut.
