Timeform View

Quite a few arrive in form but Irish raider LETHIMFLY does still stand out as being well treated having dipped to 12 lb lower than when second at Dundalk earlier in the year. His draw isn't ideal but he shaped as if back in form last time and is preferred to Invincible Crown, Blue Force and Oisin Murphy's mount Little Jaybee.

Timeform Comments

Alkuwarrior (IRE)
Transformed by first-time cheekpieces when doubling his tally in 8-runner event at Ffos Las (5f, soft) in June Lost his form after but back on song when third of 9 at Brighton (5.3f, good) 13 days ago. Claims with a repeat.
Blue Force (IRE)
C&D winner in August. 15/2, creditable second of 9 in handicap at Newcastle (5f) 18 days ago. Player.
Lethimfly (IRE)
Showed plenty of ability remains when a good second on return at Dundalk in March. Below that level since (mainly on turf) but shaped better when seventh of 18 at Navan last time and dangerously well treated if a wide stall isn't too big of an inconvenience. Tongue tied first time.
Little Jaybee
C&D winner in September. Only a respectable seventh of 14 in handicap at Bath (5f, good) off this mark since but well drawn to attack under Murphy back here.
Invincible Crown (IRE)
Hold-up performer who won back to back at Newcastle last month. Only narrowly denied another win at Musselburgh last Monday (arguably unlucky after a slightly interrupted passage). Considered off same mark.
General Assembly (IRE)
C&D winner. Eleven runs since last win in 2025. 7/1, respectable fourth of 10 in handicap at Southwell (5f) 16 days ago, despite meeting trouble. Another who can't be discounted.
Rogue De Vega
Racked up a C&D hat-trick in January but perhaps he'll need this after 8 months off.
Sheik Yerbouti
Career best when winning 11-runner C&D handicap 17 days ago, always holding on. Raised 5 lb but some of it is offset by his rider's claim.
Basholo (IRE)
Six-time C&D winner but operating below best this year, albeit she likely needed her latest outing after a break.
Caitlin G
Winner at Yarmouth in August but has struggled in recent starts. It remains to be seen whether the refitting of a hood improves matters.
Banana
Has a decidedly ordinary strike rate and only 5½ lengths seventh of 11 to Sheik Yerbouti over C&D (66/1) 17 days ago.
