LADY HENSHAW is progressing well and she could be let in lightly given the form of her C&D win. Casino Star got back on the up here 11 days ago and rates a big threat back at 6f, while Bahia Bonita is another who has made encouraging strides forward.

Timeform Comments

Valdoro (IRE)
All the better for his debut when third at Windsor but hasn't kicked on, including on nursery bow last time. Makes all-weather debut.
Lady Henshaw (IRE)
Getting better with each run and she was off the mark in decent style over C&D last month. Runner-up has given the form a big boost since so she's high on the shortlist with further progress likely.
Grey Tamam (IRE)
Showed plenty to work on when third of 6 in maiden at Nottingham on debut in July. Struggled pitched into listed company next time but back on track when just failing in Kempton novice 5 weeks ago.
Wait Geordie
Free-going type who made a winning debut at Bath but has failed to progress from that.
Dowman (IRE)
Fitted with a tongue strap when getting off the mark in Windsor novice in June. Better form when second in nurseries next 2 of 3 starts and he's been crying out for a crack at this trip. Makes all-weather debut.
Louis The Fifth (IRE)
Similar form in maiden/novice events and back down in trip having raced freely in this headgear on nursery/all-weather debut last time.
Casino Star (IRE)
Maiden but his second in a first-time tongue strap here (5f) 11 days ago was his best effort yet, shaping as if a return to 6f will suit.
Miss Havisham (IRE)
Starspangledbanner filly who stepped up on debut when third at Beverley. More to come over this extra 1f but there needs to be if she's to defy her opening mark.
Bahia Bonita
Has been going the right way in each of her 3 starts, keeping on to win maiden at Newcastle 30 days ago. Opening mark is potentially a handy one so she's on the shortlist.
Sioux Moon
Shaped encouragingly when 4 lengths second of 10 in 5f maiden here in late-August and was first home on her side of the track at Leicester on nursery bow. Worth another chance.
North Star Kodi (IRE)
Shaped encouragingly when third in a pair of maidens at Hamilton in May but looked rusty after 4 months off when down the field on nursery debut at Carlisle 6 weeks ago, again taken off his feet. More required.
Kigali
Back on track switched to nurseries last 2 starts, runner-up at Yarmouth and Pontefract. However, was beaten convincingly both times and is 1 lb higher now.
Holi Scarlett (IRE)
Made a successful nursery debut at Nottingham in July but patchy record since and looks exposed now.
Donegal Rose (IRE)
Came from off the pace to win maiden at Chester in May. Failed to beat a rival in nurseries there and at Newmarket but stopped the slide when mid-field at Carlisle. Headgear on for all-weather debut.
