One time Oaks prospect I'M THE ONE is unraced since running in the Cheshire Oaks but is the clear pick eased in grade. Amazonica may yet have more to come and is second choice ahead of Joulany.

Amazonica (IRE)
The only newcomer in the field but that didn't prevent him from winning a Leicester novice (1¼m) in ready fashion in July. Strong in betting but failed to build on that when third of 10 in similar event at Newmarket (1¼m, good to firm, 13/8) last month. Should still improve.
Dontelimurnamepike
Showed a bit in 4 starts over hurdles and did so on Flat debut when fourth of 7 in C&D maiden 11 days ago. Probably one for handicaps down the line.
I'm The One
Looked a very exciting prospect when winning by 6 lengths on debut in 1¼m Newbury maiden in April. Subsequently made ante-post favourite for the Oaks but not seen since finishing 2 lengths second of 5 to Amelia Earhart in listed Cheshire Oaks at Chester (11.3f, good to firm). One to beat on form.
Flagbearer
Took a big step forward from his debut when ½-length last of 3 in novice at Hamilton (11f, good) in August. Failed to build on that at Carlisle 19 days later. First-time cheekpieces go on and needs to get back on the up.
Joulany (IRE)
Useful gelding who made the frame on first 4 starts, some of which is strong form. Hasn't quite gone on in handicaps last 2 starts and is starting to look quite exposed. The hood goes back on.
Train In Vain
Finished in mid-field in maidens at Redcar and Southwell last month. Needs this run for a mark.
