Timeform View

LUNA CELESTE was progressing well when last seen early in September and she's fancied to resume winning ways for stable having an excellent time of things at the moment. Proposal looks sure to be suited by the return to 1m so is a major threat, while Previous needs checking in the betting after nearly a year off.

Timeform Comments

Previous
Won nursery at Southwell last October then earned black type when third of 10 in a listed race over C&D last November on turf debut. Absent since and open to more progress than most of these but fitness must be taken on trust.
Luna Celeste (IRE)
Bagged back-to-back handicap wins in July and August before very close third of 10 at Ascot in September. Now returns from 46 days off with stable in excellent form so is one to take seriously.
Callianassa (IRE)
Won decisively at York 11 days ago for a first turf success in a field of 20 when back down in trip and on softer ground. Up 9 lb and smaller-field scenario may not suit her so well so she's vulnerable in terms of following up against younger rivals.
Harlequin Breeze (IRE)
Off the mark in a novice at Leicester in May but has struggled in handicaps since. Now returns from 102 days off so looks tough to be confident about.
Proposal
Won maiden at Doncaster in April and ran creditably in handicaps since, including when second of 6 at Thirsk in September when not looking suited by the drop back to 7f. Return to 1m could well see her reveal more and she's respected for top connections.
