MARIOLE came good in a maiden at Chepstow when last seen in the spring and gets the nod to follow up on his handicap debut. Square du Roule also ended last season in fine form and is second choice ahead of Nicky Martin handicap newcomer Docteur Romeo.

Bumper winner didn't need to improve on his hurdle debut second to get off the mark in maiden at Fontwell in May 2025. Absent 17 months ahead of this handicap debut. The betting should help guide to expectations.
Clondaw Royale (IRE)
Rallied late to capitalise on a drop in grade at Wetherby (3m, heavy) in January. Creditable third at Ffos Las (3m, heavy) in March and ran poorly away from testing ground on final start. Off 6 months. Any rain in his favour.
Mariole (FR)
Runner-up in a 1½m French bumper in spring 2024. Well held in a listed bumper at Cheltenham on stable debut on New Year's Day but took well to hurdling subsequently, winning 2m Chepstow maiden in April. Brings obvious unexposed potential to this handicap debut for leading stable.
Square Du Roule (FR)
Ended last season with a pair of wins around 3m in April. The drop back in trip shouldn't pose a problem to this strong traveller on his reappearance. Harry Cobden rides.
Get In Order (IRE)
Offered something to work on in maiden/novice hurdles towards the end of 2025 but well held in 2 handicaps in the spring. Needs to get his career back on track after a 6-month break.
Supreme Shot
Claims on the form he showed when second of 6 in handicap at Huntingdon (2½m, good to soft) when last seen in March but he returns with his yard a bit quiet at present.
Getaway With You
Ground-versatile sort who won 4 times around 2½m last season but it's hard to derive much promise from his 3 comeback outings this autumn.
The Padster (FR)
Finished a remote second in first-time cheekpieces in 8-runner handicap at Hereford (2½m, good to firm) in May. NON RUNNER.
Docteur Romeo (FR)
Didn't achieve much in 3 maiden hurdles but he wouldn't be the first from the yard to take a step forward in handicaps. Interesting to see what the betting makes of him.
