Timeform View

Having bumped into subsequent Queen Mary winner Victorious when last seen at Naas in the spring, AEDHMAR gets the confident vote to go one better with further improvement on the cards. Eyeconic showed more than on debut at Cork early last month, so she may be the one to provide most resistance having been out of her depth last time. Senuna and New World Order round off the shortlist.

Timeform Comments

Cultural Change (IRE)
Foaled February 17. €3,000 yearling, Vadamos gelding. Dam maiden. Likely outsider on debut.
Lash La Rue (IRE)
Kessaar gelding who shaped as if in need of the experience when twelfth of 14 in maiden at Thurles (8.3f, good to soft) on debut 13 days ago. One for later on.
Lion Of Fortune (IRE)
Well held in a couple of turf maidens in recent months. First-time tongue tie on but looks one for handicaps after this.
New World Order (IRE)
Starspangledbanner colt who was too green to show anything when fifteenth of 19 in maiden at the Curragh (6f, good to firm) on debut in early-August. Likely to improve.
Spirit Of The Nite (IRE)
Showed something like debut form under more testing conditions when second of 12 in maiden at Cork (5f, soft) just over 3 weeks ago, staying on well. First-time cheekpieces are applied.
Aedhmar (IRE)
Blue Point filly who put debut experience to good use upped in trip when second of 6 in maiden at Naas (6f, good) back in late-April. Winner that day has won her next 2 starts (including Queen Mary at Royal Ascot), so she should be very difficult to beat if ready to roll.
Belle Parvenue (IRE)
Starman filly who hinted at ability amid inexperience when last of 5 in minor event at Cork (6f, soft) on debut 6 weeks ago. Entitled to build on that.
Eyeconic (IRE)
Starspangledbanner filly who knew more than on debut when fourth of 5 at Cork early last month. Out of depth in valuable sales race at the Curragh since and can get back on track.
Royal Sovereign (IRE)
Ten Sovereigns filly who offered little when ninth of 13 in maiden at the Curragh (6f, good to soft) on debut last month. Looks one for the longer term.
Senuna (IRE)
Minzaal filly who shaped better than the distance beaten suggested when fifth of 13 in maiden at Naas (6f, soft) on debut 10 days ago. Should have more to offer.
