FAIRY PARK was talented enough to finish placed in a Grade 2 bumper for her own sex at Aintree in April and this point winner should make no mistake on hurdling debut. Vrheligonne didn't achieve quite as much in that sphere as the selection but she's a nice jumping prospect in her own right. Funny Hunny may step up on her opening effort at Worcester.

Justified favouritism in an Irish point last spring and plenty of positives to draw from a pair of placed efforts in bumpers early this year, third in Grade 2 company at Aintree. Should outclass these on hurdling debut.
Fireball Frenzy (IRE)
Won sole start in Irish points and posted a fairly useful effort on just her second hurdles run when second of 8 in novice at Market Rasen (21f) in November 2024. Off the track since though so well-being to prove.
Funny Hunny (IRE)
€27,000 3-y-o, £50,000 4-y-o, Affinisea mare. Dam (h75), maiden hurdler, sister to fairly useful hurdler (stayed 2½m) Champagne James. Placed both starts in Irish points back in 2024 and showed something to work on when fourth at Worcester 2 weeks ago (2m). Step up in trip will suit.
Handfulofpromises (IRE)
Westerner mare. Dam, maiden pointer, half-sister to useful hurdler (19f winner) Magic Fabien and fairly useful hurdler (stayed 23f) Sandymount. Runner-up sole start in Irish points and did likewise in a Huntingdon bumper in 2024. That form is ordinary and she's been off since, leaving Dan Skelton.

Flat-bred mare who looks limited on early evidence.
Upton Fern
Is bred more for stamina than speed so this trip should suit but little in the way of promise in 2 bumpers/maiden hurdle.
Vrheligonne (FR)
£80,000 4-y-o, Goliath du Berlais mare. Half-sister to French hurdler/chase winner Rhelighonne. Second sole start in Irish points a year ago and found only one too good in a pair of bumpers in February/March. Type to come into her own over obstacles so of serious interest up in distance.
Crescendo Lady
Sister to modest hurdler Libor Lad. Too green to show anything in a Fakenham bumper in April.
