Successful 3 times this season, SIR CARNEGIE came agonisingly close to another victory at Kelso earlier this month and he is taken to add to his tally this time round. Breizh River has been building up a good record for his present stable and is feared most, ahead of the in-form Sean Og.

Timeform Comments

Breizh River (FR)
Prominent racer who gained a third win since joining Tristan Davidson with a game display at Cartmel (21f) in June. Second past the post at Wetherby (19f) 8 days ago (disqualified after rider weighed in light) and he can make another bold bid with visor refitted.
Walk On Quest (IRE)
Got back to winning ways when landing the odds in 3-runner handicap at Kelso (23f) in May. Has added to his patchy record since, though, still in mid-field when falling at the ninth at Perth last month.
Dare To Shout
Landed this race last year but hasn't matched that level since, finishing down the field reverted to hurdling at Hexham when last seen in May. Now 9 lb lower than for his 2025 success, though needs the addition of cheekpieces to help spark a revival.
Sean Og (IRE)
Successful 5 times at Cartmel (all at 21f), scoring twice from first 3 starts this season. Has continued in good heart with in-frame efforts the last twice, runner-up at Perth (3m) on latest outing, and he can make his presence felt.
Sir Carnegie (IRE)
5-time winner over fences for current yard, gaining a third success of the current campaign at Perth (3m) in September. Lost out on the nod at Kelso (3¼m) 18 days ago, but he could be able to gain compensation here.
