Has hit top form of late and took advantage of his reduced mark in the process, scoring with plenty in hand at Leicester and Haydock last week. Still looks well treated under a double penalty.
Lil Brother
Successful twice as a juvenile but efforts this year suggest he hasn't trained on. Blinkers now tried.
Cameley Days
All the better for return when winning at Windsor in May and proved better than ever to land a gamble back there last month. However, struggled off this career-high mark at Bath 2 weeks ago.
Fenlander
Completed a hat-trick in early summer for Pam Sly. Now 3 lb below last winning mark but just respectable efforts for current yard.
Zoustar Dreams
Registered a third success of 2026 at Nottingham (5f) in July and turned in best effort of the season when neck second at Brighton earlier this month. Not so good at Yarmouth 10 days ago, however.
Solar Invincible (IRE)
Returned to winning ways at Bath in April and good runner-up efforts at Windsor this summer. Shaped as if amiss 70 days ago and off since.
Holbache
Easy winner of a veterans' event at Catterick in May on return but well below that level since.
Albegone
Veteran who is typically being kept busy this season, adding another 2 wins to his tally at Musselburgh and Pontefract (by narrow margins). This a better race than he needs to contest, though.
My Mate Kev
Proving expensive to follow this season but came close at Wolverhampton on Monday off this mark. This tougher, however. Headgear back on (no effect only previous attempt).
Unico
Didn't offer much first 3 starts this season but rather unlucky not to land a gamble at Brighton last week (won there last year off 5 lb higher). Obvious claims off the same mark.
