Preference is for RIVER TRIEUX, who bumped into a useful prospect at Cork second time up and Paddy Twomey's filly can leave her subsequent Fairyhouse effort behind dropped into claiming company. Joseph O'Brien saddles a couple and his recent C&D winner Eleanor Shelby rates as the main threat. Purely and Near Perfection can fight out third.

€850,000 Blue Point filly. Well backed having won a barrier trial and shaped well enough when third in thin 7f Leopardstown maiden in June. Similar form when fourth of 9 in maiden at Down Royal (7f, good to soft) on recent return and yard look to have stronger claims with Eleanor Shelby.
Eleanor Shelby
Sprang a bit of a surprise on first outing since leaving Brian Meehan after 13 months off when winning 13-runner maiden over C&D 3 weeks ago by neck from Purely, staying on to lead near line having had to pick way through. Will prove suited by a return to 1m but respected nonetheless.
Near Perfection (IRE)
Showed much improved form on third start when ½-length third of 13 to Eleanor Shelby in maiden over C&D 3 weeks ago. Every chance if building on that here.
Purely (IRE)
No star but upped her game when ½-length second of 13 to Eleanor Shelby in maiden over C&D 3 weeks ago. Confirmed that improvement shown when fourth in a Leopardstown handicap since and she's another not without a chance.
River Trieux
Stepped up from debut when 1½-length second of 18 in maiden at Cork (1m, soft) early last month, aided by run of the race/a first-time tongue strap. Failed to justify support at Fairyhouse since but fancied to get back on track switched to all-weather.
Beach Barbie (IRE)
Bits and pieces of promise in maidens, including when third of 14 here on penultimate start. Failed by long way to repeat that effort back on turf/in a handicap at Navan most recently and first-time cheekpieces are reached for. Upped in trip.
Friendly Invoice (IRE)
Signed off 2025 with success in a course nursery (6f) in November. Twice placed there in February but well held all 3 starts on turf since returning from a summer break, including at Navan on Wednesday. May fare better back here.
Glamazon (IRE)
First-time cheekpieces added when belatedly off the mark in maiden Ballinrobe in May. Hit and miss for Jessica Harrington thereafter and little to shout about on both recent starts for new connections. Cheekpieces reapplied.
