Not an easy race to assess and it could pay to side with BOSSOFTHEBROWNIES who won on his seasonal return at Fairyhouse last season and can repeat the feat here. The Big Westerner also resumes after an absence but still warrants plenty of respect, while The Enabler also enters calculations on his reappearance.

Timeform Cash Out Hints

The Big Westerner traded at a high of 3.70 and Betfair SP of 2.76 when winning last time, a race in which it led.

Timeform Comments

The Big Westerner (IRE)
Grade 2 novice winner at Limerick on her second hurdle start and repeated the feat over fences when seeing off Jade de Grugy over an extended 2¾m there at the Christmas meeting. Also runner-up in the Albert Bartlett at the Cheltenham Festival in 2025. Remains with potential after 10 months off.
Bossofthebrownies (IRE)
Very useful, low-mileage chaser. Ran his best race when runner-up in Grade 3 novice at Naas (3m, heavy) on latest start in January. Goes well fresh and interesting on his return.
Rocky's Diamond (IRE)
Useful success in small-field hurdle at Kilbeggan before a good third of 5 back over fences at Tramore (2¾m) later in August. Came in a remote third of 6 in first-time cheekpieces back hurdling at Down Royal (3m, good) last time. Others appeal much more.
The Enabler (IRE)
Landed 21f Wexford novice chase last November and ended the season back in good form with sixth in Kim Muir at Cheltenham (3¼m) and third of 30 in Irish Grand National at Fairyhouse (29f, soft) in the spring. In the mix.
Sandor Clegane (IRE)
Talented but ungenuine sort who gained a first win since 2023 in maiden chase at Down Royal in April. Back from 5 months off with a respectable fourth of 5 in conditions hurdle at Punchestown (23f, good to soft) 13 days ago.
